Für ein bis zwei Nächte o.k. länger wäre uns zu ruhig
Pros:

Wir kennen das Hotel aus Zeiten wo Bar und Restaurant noch in Betrieb waren. Ich hatte gelesen, dass beides geschlossen ist, also waren wir vorbereitet. Trotzdem schade .Der Empfang war nett, die Zimmer sauber und sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war gut. Getränke im Eingagsbereuchbproblmlos zugänglich. Ideal für Gäste mit Hund, für Wanderer und für absolute Ruhe. In etwa 5 km liegt Mayen mit zahlreichen Unterhalungsmöglichkeiten, hier muss man allerdings das Auto nehmen oder Taxikosten von etwa 25 Euro pro Strecke einkalkulieren. Die Hotelmitarbeiter sind beim Taxi behilflich, hat alles super geklappt. Danke dafür

Vom Parkplatz aus, sah das Haus eher wie geschlossen, fast unheimlich aus. Als wir ankamen standen keine Autos auf dem Parkplatz und keine Menschenseele war zu sehen. Das änderte sich weitestgehend beim Eintreten. Nettes Personal und ein freundlicher Hund nahmen uns in Empfang. Dennoch fand ich es befremdlich, dass der gesamte hintere Teil, praktisch ab Rezeption der Bereich der ehemaligen Gastronomie komplett im Dunkeln lag und lediglich die ehemalige Hotelbar am Morgen fürs Frühstück hell und freundlich erstrahlte.

Schitterende en rustige omgeving; mooie, ruime kamer (junior suite), wel iets achterstallig onderhoud.

Cons:

Beetje op t verkeerde been gezet door de foto's in de omschrijving van mooi gedekte dinertafel in het restaurant. In de omschrijving staat dat alleen ontbijt geserveerd wordt, maar als je een hotel boekt verwacht je (ik) toch iets meer hotelfaciliteiten (geen lounge, geen bar en dus ook geen restaurant.

Silvester mit Hund - böllerfrei und entspannt
Pros:

Wir hatten ein paar schöne und ruhige Tage mit unserem Hund über Silvester/Neujahr. Das Hotel liegt malerisch an der Nette zwischen mehreren Hügeln in einem Naturschutzgebiet. Da unser Hund extreme Angst vor Böllern hat, haben wir eine abgelegene Unterkunft gesucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Hier konnten wir hier in Ruhe entspannen und die Natur entdecken. Man kann direkt vom Hotel aus loswandern oder ein paar Minuten zum nächsten Wanderparkplatz fahren. Zum Einkauf oder Essen nach Mayen sind es nur ein paar Autominuten.

Cons:

Nein, wir haben gleich für nächstes Jahr wieder reserviert und hoffen noch einmal im Parkhotel zu Gast sein zu dürfen.

Uitstekend, een aanrader,
Pros:

Een goede, schone en comfortabele kamer met comfortabele bedden en prima badkamer.
Gastvrije ontvangst en goed ontbijt en dat alles voor een zeer redelijke prijs. Ligging hotel is prachtig.

Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Die Zimmer waren schön geheizt als wir abends ankamen.Frühstück war sehr gut.Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Eier wurden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen obwohl wir unseren diesmal nicht dabei hatten. Haben aber die tollen Hundekekse mitgenommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich .Haben mit dem jungen Mann vom Frühstücksbuffet eine nette Unterhaltung gehabt.Schade das wir nur eine Nacht geblieben sind. Wenn es uns wieder mal in die Gegend verschlägt dann kommen wir gerne wieder.
