Luxurious hotel in a nice area
Pros:

The room was quite luxurious, as can be expected for the price, everything was stylish, there was a very comfortable bed with enough pillows, a seating area, a hot shower, fast WiFi, and the staff was kind. The area was nice, it was possible to walk around there

Cons:

I had to pay in cash, they didn’t allow card payments, and the room rates were a little bit high. The shower was leaking so the bathroom floor got flooded

will not visit again for the same price I can book better hotel
Pros:

the location ..can walk to near attractions cafes and restaurants
the staff were friendly tried to help us as mush as they can
but the manger has to improve the facility and renovate the furnitures

Cons:

the price is high !! for the rooms
the beds are uncomfortable, make noise when turning in bed during sleep .. I couldn’t sleep well that twi nights unfortunately!
the room door was broken !!
bath room door was broken as well
there were leaking at bathroom

the price in booking differ from the price when paying at location they will add 15% VAT besides they do not have master card machine ,, cause I don not have cash they had to bring the machine from near supermarket !!!

the breakfast at first day was poor and not a buffet style like the pictures..

Overall it’s not a hotel, it’s a motel.
Pros:

Good location
Some good staff like Aziz and the manager who were really helpful and caring, highly recommend them if you decide to stay in this “hotel”.

Cons:

No room service until you request the staff for the room service
No housekeepers on duty until the evening time
No replaced bedsheets and pillow cases
No good for a family stay, especially with kids
No breakfast as advertised in the pictures, the staff will bring to you, you don’t choose what to have for a breakfast.
Leaking water underneath the shower
Slippery bathroom floor due to the water leak
Broken shower doors
Some rude staff
The room we stayed was smelly smoking room, however in the room was “no smoking sign”.
