Mnmt didn't return 100$ cash deposit,claims smoke alarm had no cover,I NEVER TOUCHED IT,IT HAD NO COVER THE WHOLE TIME I WAS THERE,I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDE BY THAT STAFF,TAKING THIS TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU DEFINITELY!!!

I had to sleep in my car because you allow every other pet besides cats!

The staff was quite short and moody. Also your website says pets are allowed but nothing about how cats are not. Maybe put that up before people like me move across country with one!

Unexpected fees, inconvenience at check in

Location to jobsite

Cons:

Surprise deposit at check in, deposit still hasn't been refunded. Fees should be listed when booking, this room was booked by my employer and it was a hassle checking into room. Such an inconvenience, employer no longer uses hotel chain for any of their bookings.

It was terrible marijuana bugs, and cleanness that about sums it up

Cons:

The property smelled like marijuana all over our room smelled like marijuana and when we asked for help, they said no one smoked in any of the rooms, but it’s still reeked when we left to go to the viewing for the funeral we were going to. They did clean our room and it smelled better. We couldn’t sleep very well because we saw bugs on our wall and they were roaches. We checked out one day early and were refused to refund for the unused night. We will never stay there again and we will never recommend it.

Pros:

there was a black girl who worked there. There were two black men inside there. I believe one was the security guard but the moment I came in, they were making me feel very uncomfortable. Their moves were questionable and I felt so uncomfortable. I ended up leaving right after paying for the room and never slept there and would like a full refund please thanks.

We checked in and checked right back out to stay somewhere else!
Pros:

The only good part about our stay was we were refunded our money.

Cons:

A lot of shady characters in and out of the hotel. Roaches crawling out of the walls. Bed bugs in the sheets of the bed. Hair and filth around all the edges of the floor, and in the tube. Very unclean!
