Yikes, lesson learned about cheaper hotels.
Pros:

The location wasn't too bad for traveling to other places. I don't see live raccoons very often, and saw one out back, and that was cool! And while the cleanliness of the bed was questionable, it was quite comfy.

Cons:

The room smelled like stale French fries, the floors definitely were not cleaned, there was a loud beeping like an alarm that needed battery changed that we asked about 3 times and they didn't do anything until the 3rd time. The breakfast wasn't very good, we ended up going out for breakfast. Due to the concerns about the cleanliness of the building, we didn't even feel comfortable using the pool.

Cons:

There were homeless people everywhere. People were waiting to come into the building behind guests. I didn't for one second feel safe. The whole place smelled bad and there were little bugs on the floor where you get breakfast and in the bathroom in our room. This place could use security. There were 6 cars lined up and, no joke, 5 of the 6 had busted windows. I didnt want to leave my car unattended. The front door into the lobby even had broken glass. We ended up leaving Denver early because of it. Will NOT return.

nothing, so disappointed nothing looked like the pictures

Cons:

the smell was so bad couldn't even sleep so much smoke and animals barking,. Toilet, bathtub, and sink were broken... bed sheets had blood stains... front desk both a check in and check out always on their phones.

Convenience but will not use again

Convenience to hospital mom in hospice

Cons:

Dirty and alot of homeless people hanging out in parking area and around the building. Safety issues not a good place for family or women alone. My opinion only.
