Could have done way better.
Pros:

The location.. Plenty of shopping and restaurants. The floors are nasty. Sweep and mop.

The facility was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the linens great.
Breakfast was typical of most hotels.

Cons:

The front door had broken glass. To be fair , they might be waiting for a repair company to replace it. I didn’t ask.

Good value, service not the best
Pros:

Good location for price, renovated rooms

Cons:

Breakfast was minimal. Waffles and donuts. They cancelled my friend's booking even though she called to reschedule due to a delayed flight. Even though booking confirmed the reservation, the hotel did not, leaving her without a place to stay. The hallways smelled musty and of smoke. They also wanted to charge her a deposit when I wasn't charged one. When I had a Doordash delivery, the employee didn't seem to know where the picture I showed was located on their premises. How do you not know the entrances to your property? I called for extra blankets and they only brought up sheets. There was also some sticky stuff on the nightstand that wasn't cleaned.

Definately never staying there again just from the stitch of cigarettes.
Cons:

Keep the persons who were coming off of a drug induced high out of the lobby when you enter the front door. The overpowering smell of cheap room deoderizer to mask the smells. Towels were unclean and NO, i did not stay there for the send of 2 nights paid . Worst place I have ever experienced in all of my out of town stays and that is a lot. You definately get what you pay for and the audacity to bill you an additional $60.00 for what they called extra amenities. Can't answer about the breakfast cause I had a good idea of what it would have been. I left after waking up from the smell at 5 am before the breakfast was served or the sun came up and knew it would have been futile to request for a refund for the second prepaid night because staff was only there to take your credit card from behind the full glass window. Very uninviting and we learn from our mistakes.

Pros:

Prime location, 7-11 and Chick-fil-A a st.ones throw away. Walmart, Home Depot, Goodwill, and several restaurants across the street and the light rail was within walking distance

Cons:

Did not feel safe walking around the in broad daylight let alone after the sun went down. The house keepers need to be restrained on how to clean. And a reminder course on Custer service.

cheap and reliable no bugs no problems

lots of locked entrances so was able to access the doors closest to our room and still feel safe because theyre all locked to public

the bed not comfy and key cards lost charge a couple times
