Absolutely adequate for a place to sleep after a long fun day visiting nearby destinations.
Pros:

It was close to our choice of attractions (Zoo, Museums, etc), breakfast was standard--waffles, cereal, coffee, juice-- and the dining area was clean and large enough to accommodate many guests at once. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Water was hot, plenty of personal amenities like soap, and fridge/microwave worked as expected.

Cons:

The biggest downfall was the lack of wi-fi. We were told there was free wi-fi. However, of our 4 phones only 1 connected reliably-- but only when sitting down in the lobby.

The area was not the best and one member of the staff with a tremendous amount of power was very unhelpful

It was clean and the amenities were helpful

Cons:

The front desk staff was helpful and nice except for one person. She made my stay incredibly uncomfortable and was not helpful at all in any situation that arose that was already difficult for me. She made things very personal and upsetting.

It was cheap what did we expect. , It smelled , kids running screaming. Bed was not comfortable out place. Shady people or homeless.
