endoit plutot tranquille

Cons:

Très difficile a trouver et vraiment dommage que le petit déjeuner et le repas du soir soit fermé , très décevant , nous n 'avons pas pu nous réstaurer , contrairement a d'autres endroits ou nous avons passé de bons moments dans le coin avec repas inclus ou pas mais au moins présents ,personnels très moyennement aimable, (souhaitant être tranquille et pas être déranger par les voyageurs)

Cons:

Réservation faites, jour de baptême, ma femme est moi nous sommes rendus a l'hôtel le samedi 29 novembre à 16h00.. hôtel vide de personnel,.accueil vide, porte fermée, accueil téléphonique inexistant... on a du se rabattre sur un hôtel aux environs .. bref ! Je ne recommande pas !

Bequeme Übernachtung in versteckter, einsamer Lage
Pros:

Rezeption war nicht so lange geöffnet wie in booking.com angegeben.
Aber zum Glück hat der Nachtportier trotzdem noch den Check-in erlaubt.

Cons:

Klimaanlage war etwas schwierig zu bedienen um das Zimmer zu heizen.

Ik zou een deel van mijn geld teruggestort moeten krijgen...ik kom daar er os niemand in hotel om mijn kamer te geven...bel ik en wordt aangegeven dat er pas in de nacht rond uur 24.00 zou iemand kunnen zijn omdat zij afwezig waren. Hoe is dit mogelijk ? Ik kon de kamer niet in niet kunnen omkleden voor de feest die ik gepland had. Bij 2e keer bellen wordt gezegd dat Pas rond 22.00-23.00 uur zou weer iemand kunnen zijn. Tja..we vonden het slechtse hotel tot nu toe. Zeker geen 4ster
De man was heel erg onvriendelijk en slom...lang wachten dat wij een kamer kregen midden in de nacht...bizaar

netjes, goede kamer en goede ligging hotel, moeilijke concierge, lawaai hinder en geen wifi

kamer was in orde, goed bed en douche.

Cons:

ik was bijna buiten gesloten omdat ik om 22u30 toe kwam !
Een zwarte man was boos dat we na 22u00 nog durven aankomen !
booking.com staat duidelijk dat je binnen kan tot 24u00 !
Waarom is uw personeel NIET op de hoogte.
Bovendien was een gast aan het overgeven in zijn kamer, hoeste zich dood en ik kon van het geluids overlast bijna niet slapen.
Ik heb dit smorgens gemeld en de zwarte vrouw achter de balie zei dat ze niets aan het managemtn kan vertellen over mijn klachten ! FOUT allemaal !
ook nergens in de kamer te vinden hoe je op de WiFi komt ? werd mij ook niet door de conciërge mede gedeeld !
