Decent relaxing break but lacked the finer details
Pros:

Very clean, staff lovely and generally good facilities.

Cons:

The pool opening at 9am upset me, I’m an early riser and wanted to relax by the pool after my morning run. Weren’t allowed in the pool area until 9am. For my all inclusive there wasn’t enough snacks available throughout the day. Mattress dipped in the middle due to wear and tear. Felt as tho I was rolling into a hole.

Ok but there are better picks
Pros:

The room was spacious, the hotel was clean overall, and the location was good and convenient.

Cons:

The breakfast was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. The hotel also has a strict non-smoking policy everywhere, including the private balcony of the room. This should be clearly communicated before booking, as it can be an important factor for guests.

The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful and often seemed annoyed. Another issue was the pool area, where sunbeds were reserved with towels early in the morning, even though nobody was using them for hours. The hotel should actively manage this, for example by removing towels after a certain time if the sunbeds are left unused.

Unfortunately, some guests did not follow basic pool and hotel etiquette, including inappropriate clothing in shared areas. I would expect the hotel to enforce its standards more clearly to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all guests.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel!
Pros:

Super modernes Ambiente, bestens ausgestattet und sehr sehr sauber.

Cons:

Die Lautstärke zum Hinterhof war nachts etwas störend da dort ständig Flaschen in Tonnen geworfen wurden.

Location was good , pool area was nice & had a smart tv

Cons:

The beds were very hard, the rooms are compact and not spacious at all. Our room had another room connected so could hear the people next cough & talk. We were talking one evening & someone was knocking to tell us be quiet. Not a comfortable room at all to be honest so we didnt like spending time there

Disappointment
Pros:

The breakfast and dinner buffet were good, and we also appreciated the hotel’s location, which worked well for our plans in Santa Ponsa. The pool area was also quite nice

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. Most of the staff came across as unfriendly and unhelpful. One of us became quite unwell due to poor air quality and an unpleasant smell in the room, so we would not recommend this hotel for anyone sensitive to air conditions. When we tried to ask for a room change or assistance, we did not feel supported, and some staff members spoke about us in Spanish in front of us, assuming we wouldn’t understand. In addition, the ventilation failed two nights in a row in one of the rooms, and we woke up both nights feeling very stuffy and with headaches due to poor airflow.

Speravo meglio!!
Pros:

La posizione ottima, fantastica la colazione, molto belli gli spazi comuni e l'area piscina. Staff delle pulizie molto gentile. Letti molto ampi e comodi. Bella la vista dalla camera anche se non era fronte mare. Buona la pulizia.

Cons:

Ospiti spesso molto molto rumorosi, durante la notte, tanto da non riuscire a dormire, camera piccolissima con spazio davanti al letto cosi esiguo da rendere difficile passare, bagno con un odore orrendo di fogna, camera con porta interna su altra stanza che lasciava passare tutti i rumori possibili (bagno, tv, telefono e voce) come se gli altri ospiti fossero nella mia stanza.
