Perfect location and super clean, big, comfortable and quiet rooms
Pros:

This hotel is in the perfect location Anything a person could want to do, shop or eat is under 5 miles The rooms were huge, very clean and comfortable and extremely quiet which was very surprising, the lil food store at the front desk was very stock with so many options. More than I’ve at any other hotel. The water pressure in shower was also very perfect.

Adequate but I expected better from Hyatt.
Pros:

Breakfast was adequate, but so- called window to prepare omelets was closed the two days we were there. Tired of powered eggs. Reason for closure: staffing. Unfortunate

Cons:

Our shower leaked onto bathroom floor, and our sink was clogged and would not drain. The latter was fixed the next day.

Top-notch bar and overall pleasant experience made this a highly recommended stay!
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at this Hyatt House. My room was incredibly clean, spacious, and felt very modern and it’s clear the entire hotel is maintained to a high standard. Every member of the staff I encountered was friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I checked in.

The location in Cool Springs is perfect, and the overall atmosphere of the property made for a very comfortable and stress-free visit.

Cons:

Dining hours/options during the week versus reality, was not quite as advertised. however, the bar was top notch. Overall experience was nice and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Franklin area. I will definitely be staying here again!
