Perfect hotel for your stay in north vancouver
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, very clean and confortable. Area is excellent with the pier boardwalk steps away, several shopping and restaurant options. Breakfast was delicious. Overall amazing stay.

Wonderful Location
Pros:

Location was amazing, close to Sea Bus which takes you straight to Waterfront, Gas Town and Vancouver city centre. Plenty of great restaurants, markets and bars around the hotel. Beautiful views. It was great to be out of the city centre overlooking the river and seeing the city skyline at night from the wharf chairs.

Cons:

We booked during FIFA Soccer world cup. Rooms were very expensive-what annoyed me was that 2 days prior to our stay they were offering almost half price rooms as hotels were not getting the people they expected. They did not offer me any discount even though I should have cancelled and rebooked at the cheaper rate. My fault but still annoyed.

Friendly staff. Many thoughtful features in room. Location is great feel for spirit of Vancouver.
Pros:

North Vancouver - close to Lonsdale quay ferry to downtown Vancouver good restaurant and cafe options. Seaside running trail.

Modern but Basic Hotel
Pros:

This is a modern hotel that is located in a lively area near the water in North Vancouver. My room was modern, functional and clean, but quite basic. The window view was of (uninteresting) buildings. The (non-buffet) breakfast was decent.

Cons:

It would have been helpful if the staff could offer some informed restaurant recommendations.

Wonderful
Pros:

Clean, comfortable. Peaceful in the midst of lots of activity on the pier. We left a horrible airbnb and checked in to Seaside and felt so grateful.

Cons:

Expensive to park.
