Convenient but noisy accommodation
Pros:

Close to the metro, free parking lot, modern and spacious room.

Avant tout l'emplacement proche du métro, le parking gratuit, le resto: parfait pour noys

Cons:

La vétusté des chambres.
Rideaux déchirés, aération presque bouchée de poussière dans la sdb.
Isolation très mauvaise vers le hall.
Équipement très sommaire (pas de tasse, pas de produit douche...)

Hôtel proche de la station de métro et des arrêts de bus. Parking gratuit au pied de l'hôtel. Une très grande chambre confortable et propre. Bel accueil de la part du personnel.

Cons:

Piscine froide. Nous avons pris le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel, nous ne l'avons pas apprécier, nous l'avons trouvé cher pour la qualité proposé. L'hôtel propose un petit-déjeuner continentale mais il ne s'agit pas d'un petit déjeuner continental.
Un bémol pour le bruit de la route.

Good stay in Montreal outskirts
Pros:

The hotel was located outside of Montreal island very close to subway station where are also restaurants and cafes. Its only two stops to get to center but it's not maybe the most comfortable and still bit far to sightseeing spots. The room was big and spacious. All was clean and comfortable. There is restaurant also downstairs in the hotel. The free parking in front is very practical considering how hard it is to park in Montreal center.

Cons:

Generally area isn't maybe the most picturesque and traffic to get to city with car is horrible. The breakfast was very basic and not worth paying 15CAD for. Better to go to city and enjoy nice brunch there. The hotel is a bit old so the windows are poorly insulated and it was cold in the room and felt "windy". We were forced to use the heating. Our room was renovated but still wallpaper was getting out of walls in places.
