L'ascenseur était brisé. Monter et descendre 10 étages, avec bagages et enfants, ce n'est pas l'idéal.
Piscine correcte mais sans plus.

Pros:

Location was great and easy to access. I appreciated the free parking and pass drop at the end. It was nice of to staff to show an actual photo of the setup at check out. It was very quiet, I could not hear my neighbors.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have the AC started, it was a 30+ degrees day and that old machine took a while to properly get going. The mattress needs an updated, it was no uncomfortable but it was dipping REAL low on the edges of a bed that is already low to the ground.

My stay went well. My room was clean and everything made sense. I appreciate my stay, thank you!
Pros:

I traveled for work and the location was perfect for me, I loved the metro right outside the hotel. It was easy for me to go to work everyday at low cost and time. The check in was great, loved the people welcoming me, specifically Dmitri.
He was very cheerful and wonderful.

Cons:

The elevator was a bit scary for me, its system was confusing and it would make weird noise as it went up. I also was not sure why there was no room service, the person who worked at the restaurant told me that she can't do it for me. I was very tired and I ordered food to my room, but the person made me wait till the food was ready for me to take it up my room myself. That was very unfortunate as I just worked a 10 hour shift and needed to rest. Just bringing the food upstairs by myself with already tired hands was not the best.

Les oreillers sont énormes. Si je retourne à cet établissement, je vais apporter les miennes.
Le restaurant est correct mais assez dispendieux pour le menu. Aucune menu enfant.

Correct pour ce qu'on avait besoin.
Pros:

Emplacement: Nous séjournons toujours à votre hôtel quand nous avons des activités à Montréal. Le stationnement "gratuit" ainsi que le métro à proximité nous fait apprécié notre séjour. Restaurant pour le souper, très bon repas. Service et courtoisie à l'accueil. Piscine, nous étions seuls dedans, c'était parfait!

Cons:

Chambre: Correcte pour nos besoins. Le frigidaire était trop froid et nos produits ont gelés. Nous étions 3 et avions seulement 2 verres. Tout était au minimum. Pour le déjeuner, je dirais juste correct pour le prix.

Declining Housekeeping Standards and Cleanliness at Sandman Longueuil.
Pros:

The location close to Metro was great.

Cons:

This was our third stay at Sandman Longueuil, and unfortunately the overall quality has declined significantly since our previous visits.
We stayed for seven nights, and no in-room housekeeping was provided during our entire stay. According to the hotel’s stated policy, housekeeping should be provided every three days for longer stays. Because our room was never serviced, we repeatedly had to request basic supplies from the front desk, including toilet paper, facial tissues, fresh towels, in-room coffee, and removal of our trash and recyclables.
The cleanliness of the room was also disappointing. There was visible mildew in the shower, suggesting it had not been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. In addition, the bathroom drain was clogged on the first day of our stay and required a plumber to fix it.
While the front desk staff responded to our requests, the lack of housekeeping and the noticeable decline in cleanliness made for an unpleasant experience. Based on the significant deterioration in housekeeping standards compared with our previous stays, we will not be returning in the future.
