Well when my wife and I arrived . And went into the room there was spider webs in the sitting area outside the room , the microwave had stains on it , there wasn't any phone or alarm clock , shower/tub didn’t have strips or a matt so when taking a shower you wouldn’t slip .

Than the worst were the bugs .

This is an older upstate motel. The prices are very fair. The rooms were comfortable and staff was very pleasant.
The view was perfection !!!!

This place is clean and the beds were made daily with fresh towels. It was hard to see coming out of the driveway since it is positioned on a delince. The other thing is I thought I'd be able to have a hot breakfast sandwich in my room since I have my hit sandwich maker but they said no cooking in the rooms so that was a little disappointing but not a deal breaker. It was a convenient location and quiet.
