Exceptional Modern Elegance and Outstanding Hospitality in the Heart of Frisco, CO.
Pros:

As a frequent traveler, I truly appreciate when a property delivers excellence at every level, and AC Hotel Frisco Colorado exceeded expectations in every way during our five day, four night stay. From arrival to departure, the experience was seamless, welcoming, and thoughtfully executed.

The location is outstanding. The hotel is easily accessible and perfectly positioned near the slopes, dining, and shopping, making it an ideal base for both leisure and mountain adventures. Convenience without compromising tranquility is something this property achieves effortlessly.

The front desk team deserves special recognition. Every interaction was met with genuine warmth, professionalism, and an eagerness to assist. Their hospitality set the tone for the entire stay and made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. As a Gold member, the recognition and service were both attentive and gracious.

Director of Sales Chelsea was exceptional in helping coordinate reservations and ensuring every detail was handled smoothly. Her responsiveness and professionalism made the planning process effortless. Restaurant Manager Todd also went above and beyond, providing outstanding service and creating a welcoming atmosphere at the bar. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident and greatly appreciated.

The hotel itself is immaculate. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority, with guest rooms and common areas maintained to the highest standard. The ambiance is refined yet comfortable, striking a perfect balance between modern sophistication and mountain warmth. The decor is elegant, contemporary, and thoughtfully designed, creating a relaxing and upscale environment throughout the property.

We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which provided the perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes. The bar was equally impressive, offering a stylish setting to relax and enjoy excellent service in the evenings with our bartender Steve.

AC Hotel Frisco Colorado is a modern, elegant, and exceptionally well run property. It delivers consistent quality, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere that reflects true hospitality. I would confidently recommend this hotel to both travelers and fellow hoteliers, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Pros:

Stayed here for one night with early check-in, big plus! Staff was friendly and professional. Hotel is clean, modern and up to date. Room was clean, indoor pool and outdoor hot tub was great. Parking is ample and location was great with many food options. Great access point to Leadville and Silverthorn. We loved and will definitely be back.

Pros:

A beautiful & newer upscale hotel with great room decor with suites & huge lobby with bar, brunch, light dinner menu, lots of seating & fireplace. I would suggest they replace beds to be more firm with hotel quality.

Pros:

Friendly staff in hotel and bar. Very clean room and nice amenities. Outdoor area looked inviting but did not use. Access to bike bath around Lake Dillion and beyond across the street. Frisco is a smallish town with several good restaurants but I had dinner at hotel and enjoyed the convenience and menu. Nice my dog could stay too.

Pros:

I didn't like paying for parking, $10, as there was plenty of parking on a Thursday night in September.
I didn't like having high cost breakfast.
The property is pristine and updated inside and outside. Everything was new and worked well.
I like that it was dog-friendly.

Wonderful
Pros:

Lives up to its photos and more! Very clean, both our room and all public areas. Comfortable bed, quiet (couldn't hear a thing, and the hotel was busy), and nice fluffy towels. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Great location for easy access to hway and downtown Frisco, Breckenridge, Copper etc.

Pros:

We thought breakfast was included and felt it was deceptive that there was no signage indicating it wasn’t, no waiter to come up and tell us there was a charge, and no designated area defining the breakfast area seating from lobby seating. We were surprised when waiters kept coming to clear out plates and then presented us with bills. I argued with the front desk but to no avail. It really soured us on the hotel. We also weren’t informed about the parking charge when we checked in. I’ve stayed at many Marriott properties and feel this was handled differently (and poorly) compared to the other properties. Very disappointing.

Shower barely worked/charges for unsecured parking
Pros:

This place is okay. It’s had a positive, significant upgrade since we last stayed there. However, there was no water pressure in our shower unless we turned off the hot water and ran only cold water. Yes, I knew how to use the shower (two different shower heads); it was a pressure problem. Other than that, it was nice. Nicest thing was the manager waiving our $10 parking fee that the employee the night before said was non-negotiable and said it was secure parking. It wasn’t. No gate. No walls. No guard. Just, in my opinion, a way to get more money off the guests.

A great newer option
Pros:

Loved the hotel mostly for the perfect location. It's literally a 3 minute walk from the Frisco bus terminal with Bustang bus hourly to Denver and Summit Stage busses to Copper/Breckenridge every 30 minutes. It's one of the few mountain locations in Colorado where you don't need a car. Our room was quiet with no audible noise from I-70. The staff didn't lose the package that we had sent a few days earlier. There's a supermarket next door that we used for breakfast stuff. Kind staff too. Lots of good restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Hot tub was a nice treat. USPS doesn't appear to deliver to the hotel; packages should be sent Fedex or UPS. Yes, downtown Frisco is cuter than this newer neighborhood near the box stores, but this modern hotel gets the basics right.

Pros:

We didn’t really like the bathroom set up with the opaque door that didn’t close tight. The shower however was amazing even with the dripping shower head all night long. The room was so clean and spacious but with the bathroom set up it felt like you were sitting in the same room with no real privacy. The parking fee was a bit much especially since it really was not a secured parking area.
