Amazing stay! Highly recommend
Pros:

Loved how tidy and clean everything is!

The only thing I can pull up was the fact that the hot tub was cold. Other than that, everything was great

Room was not clean- thick dust on bathroom cabinets, limescale on shower, line on TV screen, hair pins on floors, broken dishwasher dispenser. Bed made without a fitted sheet and mattress protectors sweat stained. Only 2 pillows with pillowcases for use. Spare pillows had no linen and were stained also.
Checked out after the first night. Left room clean, tidy and all linen and towels in a pile for housekeeping. Informed them of issues after they reached out to me for feedback during my stay.
Take photos!! I didn't and now have a fee for replacement of their old stained linen.

Location and quality of the apartment were great. The host was very responsive.

Cons:

Two of the 3 lifts were out of order for 2 days while we were there. 1 was out of order for the whole time. This resulted in long wait times...twice over 30 minutes just to get from ground to 19. Stairs were hardly an option at that height.
The dish washer was also out of order for the whole time we were there. A electrician was sent but it still did not work.
Kitchen lacked some basics like sharp knives and a strainer.

The instructions for the carpark were. A little confusing as the scanner for the fob is on opposite tricky spot for driver to access.
A little maintenance needed in unit
Spa was cold on days that you needed it warmer

The apartment was fine

Cons:

The location is appalling. No food no shops, no restaurants. Nothing. Just getting into the place was a nightmare and the phone staff were very rude and unhelpful.

Pleasant enough although I like personal contact.
Pros:

The location was excellent as we could easily walk to the South Brisbane Train Station to get to Roma Street, which is the reason for our stay in Brisbane. The nearby Eating places was great also. The view from the 28th Floor was superb.

Cons:

The fact that there was only one bowl in the unit and two of every thing else, as we did our own breakfast.
The shower leaked water all over the floor when you used it, thus the bath mat was soaked through, so had to dry it out to use again as there was no daily service. You were expected to wash up everything and leave neat and tidy and remove all rubbish but you still got charged a cleaning fee of $145 in your booking. Then on top of that we were asked for a $300 Deposit the day before we go in, even though there was not mention of it earlier, a little rude I think. We were warned not to use the Reception desk or we would be charged $100 re key.

Over all it was okay but it can get better if they fix these things
Pros:

Everything was good the bed was big and comfy. There’s no bad smell in the room.

Cons:

when I’m about to used the utensils it was dirty. The iron was burned and iron board was dirty. There was clothes left in the closet which was not mine. No tongs, and there’s no good size of pot to use for pasta, no colander. The remote control was so difficult to use.
