Peaceful
None
I had a wonderful stay here at Belmont Hotel Boracay. It’s the perfect place to relax, away from the metro and the crowds, offering a peaceful and calming atmosphere throughout my visit.
Special thanks to the staff, Liezel and Rob, who were exceptionally accommodating and friendly. Their warm smiles and welcoming attitude made me feel right at home.
Privacy, quiet, personal, nature.
Aircon shut off every time you get out of the room balcony, it never automatically go back on for the past 2 days, even you closed the door properly. It needs a maintenance staff to fix it twice for two days.
Really good location. Room was spacious..
I am very disappointed with the service we received during lunch at Belmont Hotel Boracay.
My family and I dined at the restaurant, where we were served by a staff member named Jenerez. Unfortunately, her attitude and behavior created a very unpleasant atmosphere. Instead of feeling welcomed and comfortable, I felt awkward and uncomfortable throughout the meal.
The restaurant was not busy at the time, yet the soft drinks we ordered were never served. It appeared that the staff member was more focused on using Facebook on her phone than paying attention to guests and their orders.
I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but customer service should remain professional and attentive. Sadly, this experience fell far below the standards I would expect from a hotel of this level.
The hotel's location is in Zone 0 on the island, fairly far from the Cagban Jetty Port. The atmosphere at the hotel is good. Rooms are clean and well organized. However, the room rate is slightly high. The hotel's cleanliness is exceptional. Some noise can be heard from my room near the elevator from people passing and talking. The service is indeed outstanding. The hotel's amenities are acceptable.
Price is okey
Breakfast was Not so good . For Filipinos maybe Yes but for Filipinos used to eat European Breakfast there are no Choice. After asking for sausages,‘this was served to us
It's my first time in Boracay and I'm very glad to have spend it at Belmont. The staffs sir Nelmar, miss Cherry, and Edward from front desk were very warm and welcoming! The beach is beautiful and calm. Rooms and facilities are also quite luxurious. The breakfast buffet was a bang for your buck. Most importantly the inclusions of shuttle to main stations, and the activities being offered are worth it. Can't wait to go back with my family!
I’m a nature lover and I needed a quiet and relaxing place to unwind. This place is perfect. Great atmosphere with an amazing view and Miguel, one of the staffs is really helpful in making this family experience a memorable one.
Cozy, quiet and friendly staff. We'll definitely come back and stay in Belmont.
The food is great and some of the staff are nice. Also I like the new coast beach access. Also love the Planet Sports shop. One of the receptionists, Michelle, was rude to my friends.
Its too far away from the Stations and the shuttle does not come frequently enough. The rooms do not have enough storage and the decorative pillows were filthy.
Our experience at Belmont Hotel Boracay fell short of expectations due to systemic communication issues and limited facilities.During check-in, the front desk staff failed to provide basic, essential operational details. No information was shared regarding breakfast hours, pool locations, or complimentary beach access, leaving us to figure these out on our own.The hotel’s advertised shuttle service is highly restrictive. It operates with a very limited seating capacity and requires advanced reservations, a crucial policy that was not clearly communicated to guests beforehand. Furthermore, the on-site pool area is exceptionally small for a resort of this scale. The standard rooms lack proper ventilation options, such as a veranda, making it difficult to dry apparel or manage humidity inside the room. While the property brands itself as a premier destination, the current level of service, communication, and basic amenities does not align with that standard.
It is a really good stay here , staff is very accomodating and friendly , especially Ma'am Rose, Sir Edward, Ma'am Keisha and Ma'am Beatriz food is amazing and location is good if you want to relax.
I would strongly advise future guests to carefully consider the location and transportation limitations before booking. Had we known about these issues beforehand, we would have chosen a different hotel.
Our stay was extremely disappointing and stressful from start to finish. We booked 4 rooms for a group of 6 adults and 5 children, expecting basic convenience and reasonable service, but the transportation situation was a complete nightmare.
The hotel's so-called complimentary shuttle service is highly restrictive. It only operates once an hour and requires advance booking, which is incredibly inconvenient for guests. Worse, we were informed that guests with luggage could not use the complimentary shuttle service at all. This policy makes absolutely no sense for a hotel, considering travelers naturally arrive and depart with luggage.
During our stay, it was raining heavily, and instead of providing assistance or making reasonable accommodations, we were told to take an e-trike at our own expense. The transportation costs were outrageously expensive, leaving us with little choice but to pay because the property is located far from restaurants, shops, and other establishments.
The hotel's remote location would not have been such a problem if reliable transportation had been available. Instead, guests are essentially stranded unless they pay excessive fares for private rides. Walking is not a practical option, especially for families with children, luggage, or during bad weather.
What should have been a relaxing family trip turned into a frustrating and traumatic experience filled with unnecessary expenses, inconvenience, and poor customer service. The transportation policies are misleading and unfriendly to guests, particularly families and large groups. We left feeling disappointed and taken advantage of.
