Categories

Cleanliness
7.2
Mixed signals: many guests report spotless/clean rooms, but several serious issues (mold in shower and AC, guests bitten by bugs, some smelly drains) lower the cleanliness sentiment.
Service
7.6
Mixed service experiences: several reviews praise prompt and pleasant staff, while others report rude or absent reception staff and at least one report of aggressive behaviour.
Location
8.8
Generally positive: many guests cite convenient location near airport, venues and shopping; some note noise due to proximity to airport but location is consistently a pro.
Room Quality
7.4
Mixed room quality: comfortable beds and spacious rooms are commonly mentioned, but issues include non-working AC, thin walls/noise, and occasional odors.
Amenities
7.8
Amenities are mixed: pool and parking praised, but reports of broken hot tub, limited breakfast choices, and odd placements (coffee maker/ice bucket in bathroom) reduce score.
Value for Money
8.9
Generally positive value: multiple reviewers explicitly note good value/price-performance (including non-English mentions of high value).
Food and Beverage
8
Breakfast opinions vary: several guests praise a good continental breakfast with hot options, while others report limited choices or poor/unsatisfactory items.
Overall Experience
8.3
Overall mixed but leaning positive: many enjoyable stays with good breakfast, clean rooms and location; some had strong negative experiences (mold, bugs, rude staff, noise) affecting overall impressions.

Best Western was one of my preferred hotel brands. Unfortunately no more because of terrible beds
Pros:

Cleanliness and location were good. I also liked that room has tiles and no carpet

Cons:

Two things that I didn’t like: trash cans are way too small. Thus taking out trash five times a day was no fun. And the major negative was the bed. It is very soft and terrible. I have serious problems with my lower back and it was hurting me badly
