The hotel was secure and the beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well. Hot water was intermittent, sometimes very hot, and then cold in an instant. My only issue was the gym next door. They started blasting music and without instructions at 5 am. Not the ideal situation for my pregnant wife. So no. We won't be staying here again.

The place was very convenient to the beach.
Uber driver knew exactly where it was.
Check in was a bit off, as they did not give directions how or where to check in.
Only a big sign saying Welcome…We asked some people sitting in the attached restaurant, and one obviously worked at the hotel and got the manager who checked us in. But we had two great days of excisions and beach time from there… Be careful and negotiate the prices at the beach for drinks and the beach chairs , umbrellas. Btw…there is an awesome Sushi place nearby! Mikasa… Who would have thought great sushi could be found here! And I live part of my year in Japan! Beware of the costs in many restaurants here and in town…the prices vary a lot… All in all, I would stay here again. The place was more than adequate for a good price.

El lugar es agradable, ya que está apartado de la concentración de ruido, sin embargo, el apartamento, tiene un fuerte olor a humedad, el tema de la piscina tiene una importante limitación de horario, por lo cual no lo pudimos disfrutar.

The place is in a great spot very close to the beach and to the golf course. The place itself is not bad but it hasn't been well maintained (the arquitecture is modern and minimalistic but there were a few details that I suppose are from lack of maintenance (a fan sounded a lot when was on but it looked new, the cold water from the shower didn't work well, the locks in the window were a bit damaged, and things of the sort)). All in all, it can be a good place if your planning to see the city for the lost part of the trip or if you plan for a quick stay.

Our day I received was excellent the apartment was clean and well equipped. Silvia, Clarita and Vassilia were the best and Francisco too. We enjoy our stay there. Everything is very walkable. The dishes are clean and the people are friendly anything that we need they were so happy to accommodate us and give us information of where to go and what to do they really treated us like family, we will come back over and over again thank you for the great time that we have had in the Dominican Republic

The check in was the easiest of all places I have ever been to' The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was my second time staying at this place and I absolutely love it. Very good community, a one-minute walk to the beach, 30-minute drive to the Puerto Plata airport and close to downtown.
