Cons:

Went to do laundry and it was 8 dollars to wash and 8 dollars to dry. That is outrageous. Other places we stayed on our 3 week trip were only 3 dollars to do both wash and dry. Front desk attendant did not speak English. He had to get someone else to help us. This is the United States. Also heard the manager berating an employee in a public hallway. This should not happen in a public hallway. That is something that should be done in private not something you want to here on your vacation or the embarrassment for that employee.

Housekeeping DOES NOT clean the rooms well. We had a rotten apple in the drawer. Mold had grown on it. They didn't clean the coffee pot. Old coffee bag in it. Housekeeping only does enough to get by. I went to the front desk. The lady was mad about it. She made them clean the room and change the sheets. When the lady got the apple out of the drawer she sprayed cleaner while my family member was standing there eating. That was not ok. The front desk staff are nice.

Cons:

Rotten apple in the drawer, coffee bag left in the coffee pot, and the ceiling falls rusted.

It could’ve been better
Pros:

I loved that the property was in walking distance of everything we wanted to go and do

Cons:

Our remote did not work the whole trip and the description explains that the beach was walking distance from us but we ended up having to drive to the beach to get to property
