Pros:

Enjoyed nearby Henderson Beach State Park, both by driving and walking there. We used the room´s balcony a lot but for guests wanting a view from the balcony, I would recommend they contact the hotel about reserving a room on an upper floor.

Cons:

I am not sure how to get a receipt for the stay. The hotel said it could only come from the service through which I had booked the room, but nothing has arrived yet.

Room was not what was pictured. Pool was crazy small. Checked out a day early no refund.

They kept the place clean and the breakfast bar was good.

Cons:

The elevators were down 3 days out of the 5 we were there, the fridge wasn't completely out the first 2 days we were there before we got a new one. The staff needs to be more diverse, had a hard time with them understanding us and vice versa. The hot tub kept bugs in it, nobody ever cleaned them out.

The room

Cons:

The elevator was out of order the day before and the day of checkout, so we had to carry all of the luggage, coolers, etc down the stairs. The hotel knows this is an inconvenience and should offer assistance from staff.

No elevator access for a 4 story hotel!
Pros:

I had several issues with our stay. We had a " Do Not Diturb" sign out on our door, but housekeeping tried to enter our room at 9:00 am even though check out was at 11:00. Not how I wanted to be woken up! Since we were up, we decided to check out. My husband got a trolly to get our luggage. After getting it up to our room on the elevator, we loaded it up (total elapsed time maybe 10 min) the elevator was closed and would not be available for 24 hours. We had to carry our luggage down two flights of stairs. This was scheduled maintainace and I feel all guests should have been notified so we could have planned accordingly. Front desk staff was less than helpful. We will not stay here ever again.

Girls Trip that had memories made!
Pros:

I liked how close it was to everything and the area it was in. Very convenient to shops, restaurants and activities.

Cons:

I wasn’t a fan of how there were very little parking spaces. I also wasn’t a huge fan of the breakfast. I wished there were more options and better quality.

Me gustó volvería a hospedarme cuando vuelva ir.
Pros:

Nos hospedamos 4 días, buena ubicación todo cerca, muy limpio, la recamareras muy atentas.

Cons:

Lo que sí sugeriría es que en el desayuno estuvieran más al pendiente de lo que hace falta, siempre que se terminaba algo tardaban en suplirlo
