Very great experience with a great price! We enjoyed our stay very much and everyone was very nice and helpful if needed

It’s so close to everything! They are very nice and have great amenities! Outdoor and indoor pool plus a hot tub! Breakfast from 6-9 and they came in everyday and gave us fresh towels and made the bed!
The room was clean, the bed was surprisingly comfortable!

I was pretty disappointed with the hotel breakfast. It felt very low budget and honestly seemed like the cheapest options possible were used. The eggs tasted like powdered eggs instead of real fresh eggs, and the overall quality just wasn’t good.

Another issue was the lack of options for guests who don’t eat pork. The only breakfast meat available was pork, with no turkey sausage, chicken sausage, or any other substitute offered. That made the breakfast very limited for a lot of people.

The breakfast area was clean, but the food itself definitely needs improvement. I expected something much better from a hotel stay.

Pros:

If I could rate this property lower, I certainly would. We booked this for our honeymoon and when we got there after our wedding it was so bad we couldn’t even stay there. Had to leave and find somewhere else to stay on our wedding night . I would advise anyone thinking of staying here to reconsider. Our whole honeymoon was ruined and so far all we have from them is an “I’m sorry”. We booked through booking.com and it is apparent that they should better investigate the properties they handle.

Little sleep, cold water, bad check in.

Cons:

Check in took forever, there was no hot water, refrigerator wouldn’t work so my food went bad, there was mascara on the pillow case still. Kids next door kept screaming and slamming doors constantly.

Room was dirty and ended up getting a rash from the hot tub

I liked the location it was great!

Cons:

We had cat poop in our room and when I let the front desk know it was hours before they came to clean it up and then dropped it right in front on the door on the way out, we ended up having to check out a day early bc I woke up with a bad rash and turns out it was a “hot tub rash” confirmed by my doctor myself and my two children had to be put on steroids to clear it up, and this came from the chemicals in the hot tub not being correct.
