This hotel was excellent. We’re already planning our next trip and plan to stay here.
Pros:

I loved the location, the indoor and outdoor pool, and breakfast. The room was great and bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The elevator is a little slow since there’s only one so we took the stairs down a lot.

Spend the money to be on the beach!
Pros:

Shower tile needs a good scrubbing in the grout area. They have some repairs that need done, missing towel hook, ceiling damage, loose wallpaper multiple places, Bottom door damage. Bathroom door doesn't shut properly. The shower/tub water is only piss warm but the sink water is nice a hot.
The beach area you walk to is just a small area. The beach is beautiful and if that's what you are interested in, it seems to make sense to make reservations for beach access hotel. Alot of the beach is roped off for hotels and condos. We were traveling with a small dog and paid the pet fee but you can't have your dog on the beach or on the pool area.
Got tired of the marijuana smell around the hotel. Parking lot fills up with a bunch of water from the sprinkler.

Affordable and comfortable stay.
Pros:

The property was a great stay, very family oriented and easy to locate. Plenty things to do around the hotel within walking distance. Beds were sooooo comfortable so that was a plus. Will book again next time in town.

Cons:

Parking was very limited.
