Is smelled bed was uncomfortable

I cant say I disliked anything

That I didn't get my deposit back yet and the elevator is scary

I did not like the booking issue. I got there and was told I had no room booked. It was 230 am. I ended uo calling booking.com they said they woukd reimburse the booking but I would have to pay with my own bank card and rebook through the hotel. They offered to pay any difference however due ti the hold on my funds for the original booking and not getting reimbursed for a week I was unable to book more than 2 nights. As I had krginally booked and payed for 3 nights earlier in the evening prior to my 2 am check in. . That was around 509 dollars. I had a to spend another 400 dolkars to book 2 nights asbI was tokd since the hotel had no information or way to confirm that I had a booking and had already paid. Þhen on top of that I was charged another 100 for a aecurity depoist. This left me with virtually no money to enjoy a nice dinner or anything really. . . So my getaway I had planned was ruined. Also the room was very spacious and the jetted tube was nice but the cleanliness if the room was a difrrent story. We wanted to enjoy the tub but it was not cleaned properly and when we turned on the jets there was dirt and a few bugs left floating in the water. The first night there we were left with no wifi apparently the whole hotel was expierncing the same thing. Spectrum was there working on it. I felt for that alone we should have been discounted. Also the telephone in the room was not working. Someone had removed the cords. This was supposed to be a special trip for my 3 year anniversary. Very disappointing to say the least.

The pool was dirty and it stink when u walk in there they would find any little reason to kick me and my people out kept making up excuses and made us leave at 1 inna morning

Lots of rusty screws and nails in the ground, dog area is overgrown. No poop bags. First shift staff was rude except for the breakfast lady.

It was a little sketchy- the front desk guy kinda balked at me when I asked if he had a luggage rack, he said it had been stolen and they didnt have another one. Also the bathroom was a bit dirty but ok

It was not clean, the showers were not great. Same dirt spot in the floor all weekend

Needs maintenance. The elevator makes very weird noises sometimes. I was going up with my family the elevator started making noises, which was so scary. Then we use mostly stairs.
The check-in process was not good. I booked two rooms, one in my name and the other in my guest's name, so when they come, they can check in easily. But we arrived earlier than our guests and provided my ID and name for check-in. The front desk lady said that there is no reservation under this name. I showed her the confirmation email and provided the booking reference number; she again replied that there is no reservation with this booking number. Then she mentioned that two rooms are booked but on your guest's name. he needs to be here to check in. We have to wait more than one hour for our guests. I booked one room in my name and other on guest name, and I have no idea whether booking.com messed up the request or the hotel, but i cuase so much inconvenience for my family and me.

Staff harassment

Pretty dated. Carpets were in bad shape.

Filthy. Had to clean the room, bathroom, etc myself. Bathtub had not been cleaned in a while as there was hair etc that I had to clean. also, There was an security deposit required of $100 of which I had not been told of.

The property is outdated, and requires renovations. The cleaning staff wasn’t around, so there was no cleaning for the two days we stayed there.

There are huge potholes on the property which caused a puncture on my tire’s sidewall. I had to get it replaced.

The old lady responsible for breakfast was super nice. Other than that, there were no high lites.
