Never stay hear
Pros:

Nothing there nasty dirty people there rooms are awful they have bedbugs lice and staff is mean people NEVER STAY HERE

I hated everything THEY ARE RUDE PEOPLE ROOMS ARE DIRSTY WITH BED BUGS THERE SHEETS WHERE NEVER WASHED NEVR STAY HERE

Cons:

Alarms kept going off un the facility for no reason. No communication with desk staff. Spoke with staff and paid additional for late check out and still disturbed because they didn't communicate with the other staff. Breakfast was obsolete by 7am and no one around to refresh the servings.

My stay was ok.
Pros:

I like the location of the hotel. The jacuzzi tub in my 2nd room was great! The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The rooms need to be cleaned a lot more. Looked like they didn't clean anything besides the microwave and refrigerator. Only vacuumed which was half way done. There were crumbs from doritos and hot cheetos on the floor under the a/c which caused ants. Heat blows out cold air until you put it on 80. Pool was being repaired. This was my 2nd room because the 1st one, jacuzzi jets blew out some disgusting stuff after I had already cleaned it.

Pros:

The complementary breakfast and coffee were good.

Cons:

Being booked into a 3rd floor room when the hotel had a broken elevator, and the leaking window frame during a rainstorm that left pools of water on the windowframe and room HVAC.

My stay was peaceful and relaxing.

Cons:

Room smelt like a smoking room smelled very strong of cigarettes. The Jacuzzi was smaller than most hotel jacuzzi.

Miserable and cut short by being displaced

Cons:

I didn't like that when I returned to go to sleep I was locked.out of my room and hotel was fully booked. So I had to drive home 7 hours to get a bed. Our 2nd night of the reservation made over a month prior was.not honored. Also hotel smells like vinegar and 5 spice with fried smell. Shower was broken.

Ruined my life
Pros:

Nothing. It was dirty I saw them spraying for bed bugs the management staff was rude and would make promises and then go back on them in regards to my stay

Cons:

Everything. Dirty place. Staff was rude and lied to me multiple times. In regards to the last night we stayed my husband thought I had lied to him bc the staff told me something and then went back on it and now I'm getting divorced
