한적한 동네
Pros:

관광 중심지와 떨어져있어서 조용하고 동네에 한적함이 느껴져서 좋았습니다.

Cons:

2층 침대를 사용했는데 베개 옆 작은 선반이나 침대 틀쪽에 먼지가 쌓여있는 점이 아쉬웠습니다. 근데 돌돌이를 사용하여 먼지를 제거하면 되니까 크게 불편하지는 않았습니다.

整體很大很舒適也很乾淨，雖然離地鐵要走大約5分鐘但還可以接受的距離，飯店對面就有7-11跟生活用品店以及距離飯店大概7分鐘有24小時的超市很方便！有問題詢問也都有獲得解答，飯店也有雨傘可以使用，剛好旅遊期間有碰到雨天所以也不用另外花費買傘很

Perfect for Fukuoka!!
Pros:

Love the location, the park is 5 minutes away, there is a pharmacy and convenience store right across the street. Also bus route towards two major stations and subway stations nearby. The region is quiet and peaceful all day. The room is also perfectly spacious with sofa set and place to open several suitcases! The staff are not present but always online in reach.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike!

The was a good location with big room compared to other Japanese hotels at competitive price.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. The bunk bed was very cozy and the layout was very well thought out. The location was close to Ohori Park and it also has close by convenience stores and pharmacy. The neighborhood was very peaceful.

Cons:

Not deal breaker but no clothes dryer.

Nice relaxing location.
Pros:

I traveled with my parents who are almost 70.
So we choose to stay a little bit far from the city.

This hotel is all self- check in and no front desk staff but the check in is easy with understandable guidelines.

The location is great, 10 mins walk from Ohori Park station with convenient stores near by and a drug store opens until 2300 with 100yen CAN-Do at the 2nd floor.

Love that they provides enough towels for continuous night.

My dad loves the beds are not those super soft type they have in hotels but it’s semi soft.

My mom had really nice morning jogging in Ohori Park and grab a coffee from the Starbucks there.

Recommended for those who enjoys the greens and Art.

Cons:

The lower level of bunk bed is quite low so my dad needed some time to stand up.

Elderly with weak knees might need to consider but they can hold on to the ladder for standing up though.
