Just Okay
Pros:

The location is convenient and there are several small restaurants in walking distance.

Cons:

What happened to the fresh baked cookies in the evenings? I used to enjoy that, but I have either missed the timing or it is no longer happening. 😕

Heat/AC. Came on every little while. It was so noisy couldn't stay asleep. Even blew yhe curtains straight out. We did not touch the system. Went to ice machine room. It stunk so bad I almost threw up. Called front desk. Can't do anything about til a.m. I think there was something rotting in the garbage maybe. Did make me wonder if the ice machine maybe wasnt cleaned. Then at 8 a.m. the next morning they started dumping ice in and making a bunch of noise. We were on vacation. I really didn't want to get up at 8. About 7 p.m. came back. Fixed a cup of coffee in the lobby. Coffee was cold. When we checked in the lady was giving instructions to the person taking over. I stood there for a bit while this went on. They should have stepped to the side to conduct their business. They also should have checked us in first and continued their business after helping their customer. I would not choose this B.W. again.

We had a great time. The morning lady thing didn’t affect our time there
Pros:

The room was great, breakfast was great. The soap n the room was old or something it crumbled. The night guy was great when we checked in.

Cons:

The morning lady seemed bothered by me asking a question. I pushed the buzzer and before she greeted me she grabbed the buzzer and put it behind the counter and then addressed me. She seemed bothered

Close and comfortable room prior to flying home.
Pros:

Good place to stay between Multnomah Falls and the airport. The downtown area had lots of options for eating dinner too!

Cons:

Overall everything was good. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable but not the worst.

Very poor!
Pros:

People next door had tv turned up and we could hear every word from them and the tv. That lasted until after midnight. Our stays at other places aren’t so noisy. Seemed like a stay in a cheap motel. Breakfast was loaded with junk food. Not healthy.

This is where I choose to stay when working in Portland

I love how everything is close by

Cons:

Out of the last 3 weeks that I stayed in this hotel this year only 2 of the people who work there were friendly and had a good attitude. Jessica was an absolute dream.
