Great stay and great staff
Pros:

I will never book a room there in the future
Pros:

The room was nice and the breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The front desk clerk that checked me in was very rude and threatened not to give me my room simply because we didn’t agree on something she said . She was on a power trip , totally inappropriate. She knew I had no car and nowhere to go so she used that to her advantage. When I told her I would be reporting her behavior to corporate she was refusing to give me my room as retaliation. She was hostile and a horrible representative for the hotel

Top super friendly staffs feeling staying at home
Pros:

Very friendly staff we met Jessica , she is wonderful lovely staff welcome us during checking in . After long trip from Amsterdam tried and feeling tons of welcoming we were blessed.

Nothing all is good service is excellent.

Cozy stay after an amazing show!
Pros:

Location and clean room. Left belongings and when contacted sight they located items in the room and we were able to pick up without a problem. Thank you.
