Pros:

初めてのカプセルホテル利用でしたが、スタッフの方の対応も心地よく、全体を通して過ごしやすい環境でした。カプセル内に出入りするときも人と鉢合わせないぐらいの混雑具合で良かったです。女性専用フロアは夜はシャワー室を昼は洗面台周りを利用する人が多かったのも印象的です。また、QRコードで女性専用フロアに行き来できるエレベーターを使えるようにしてあったり、ロッカーも使い勝手が良かったです。

Cons:

一点だけ気になったのは、夜にラウンジを利用した際に、低めの腰掛けられる場所が暗所になっていたのもあり大きめのゴキブリが潜んでいたのが見えて不安感は拭えませんでした。もう少し行き届いた清掃をしていただけたらラウンジで快適に過ごせたと思います。

初めてのカプセルだったけど想像よりも良かった
Pros:

1. バスマットが1人1枚付いていたこと、ルームウェアも付いていたこと
2. 駅近くで、多少の雨でも気にならない

Cons:

1. シャワーのレバーが固くて、ソープやシャンプーのついた手では回し難く、シールが貼ってあったが役に立たず、なんとか回したが手が赤くなった、、、
(窓側から4つ目ぐらいのシャワー)

2. 洗面台周りを拭くものを用意して欲しい
使う人のマナーによるけど、髪の毛が落ちていたり、ハンドルがソープまみれだったり、綺麗にしたくてもできたない

Mostly functional stay in a very good location.
Pros:

Location very near Suidobashi station, getting around very easy. Coffee shop downstairs was excellent too.

Cons:

Very light on amenities, you have to find your own water elsewhere or pay for bottles at the reception.
