Pros:

i had a great time at new legend. the best feature is its location on backpackers lane. basic room (bars nearby can be loud but ok with me), fair breakfast (free). flexible as can walk in. there is also the most fantastic travel agent that operates from a desk in front of the hotel. his name is Sam and has fluent english and has a huge heart and loves to help. i got in trouble as my visa had gone missing and he arranged a new one in a fee hours on xmas eve. it would have taken me days to do it myself. definitely coming back to new legend saigon

Pros:

The place is near to the market, specially Bui Buivien....You can sleep quietly when you return to your room because the distance is just far enough from the loud music. We even used the yellow bus 109 to return to the airport for 20,000 dong only..

Checked in from 11/8 /19 to 11/12/19 Tony and his team were very attentive to my family’s needs. They helped us book tours during our stay. The room is clean and spacious, new towels new linens were provided everyday. The hotel is also close to everything food stalls, restaurants, bars/clubs and travel agency everywhere. Ben thanh market was just a few steps away. In other words the value for money when you book with New Legend Hotel is worth it.
