Pros:

Camera (standard) pulita e ordinata come anche il resto della struttura, staff molto accogliente, disponibile e aperto a soddisfare le richieste del cliente.
Prodotti per la colazione non molto vari ma quelli presenti erano per la maggior parte di buonissima qualità.
Molto bella la terrazza in cui viene servita la colazione.

Cons:

Posizione della struttura: sebbene sia comoda da raggiungere poiché vicino alla stazione centrale, la zona non è delle più pulite e rassicuranti (di questo non ne ha colpa la struttura ovviamente)
Mancanza di cassetti nei comodini e di un appendino in ingresso e in bagno.
Letto un po' troppo duro e non molto comodo (gusto personale).

La piscina aperta fino alle 20,00 e dopo anche per l’aperitivo o pre cena.

Cons:

Anche se la posizione è vicino alla stazione, fuori non si può passeggiare perché la zona è pericolosissima

A személyzet segítőkézsége és profizmusa.

Cons:

Elsőslegesen az ahogy Önök a Booking kínálja. A szállásról kapott és tájékoztatott információk nem fedik teljes mértékben az igazságot. Mondható, hogy félrevezetik az ügyfeleiket. A szállás környéke maga a gettó. Az utcák koszosak, szemetesek és tele van a környék bűnözőkkel, hajléktalanokkal. A Garibaldi tér maga a közveszély. Sajnos személyesen is tapasztaltuk, hogy milyen veszélyes. 2026.09.08. kora este a szálloda előtt a feleségem nyakából kitépték az aranyláncát. Nem gondolom, hogy ez normális és részünkről ez elfogadhatatlan. Nem értem az önök pontszámát sem. Túlzóan magas. A Booking szégyellje magát, hogy ilyen helyen javasol szállást.

Pros:

Kamer was zeer ruim, comfortabel bed. Locatie was zeer goed gelegen (dichtbij centraal station, 20 min lopen van historisch centrum).
Conciërges waren erg netjes en attent.
Pluspunt natuurlijk de rooftopbar en zwembad om na een dag sightseeing even af te koelen

Posizione strategica per prendere i treni e godersi pure la città, colazione in terrazza ottima in self service, piscina sul tetto non grandissima ma il servizio dei lettini e i teli mare sono una chicca, per rigenerarsi dopo la visita della città.

Solamente la posizione in una zona della città non molto elegante.

Alles sehr sauber, große Räume, exzellente Klimaanlagen, qualitativ hochwertig anmutende Ausstattung, gutes Frühstück mit schönem Ambiente (auf der Dachterrasse), schöner Rooftop-Pool mit Bar, die Rezeption kümmerte sich umgehend und freundlich um kleinere Anliegen, die zentrale und verkehrsgünstige Lage des Hotels eignet sich hervorragend für einen Städtetrip

Die Armaturen der Dusche neben dem Pool sollten erneuert werden.
