Blizu glavne železniške postaje, bivanje v hotelu potekalo brez problemov.

Cons:

V suiti je odprtina za klimatizacijo usmerjena direktno na posteljo tako, da med bivanjem v sobi smo morali klimo izklopiti.
V sobi je grelnik za vodo in pa bilo priloženega čaja in kave.

אהבתי שהכל נקי ומסודר והצוות מסביר פנים.
אבל הכי טוב היה שהמטרו 2 דקות הליכה אז הנגישות לכל מקום היה מושלם.

Horrendous, never again

Palazzo claims to be a 4-star hotel, but our experience was anything but.

During our one-night stay, our privacy was completely violated. After checking in and being given our room keys, we went upstairs to get changed for the pool. While we were in our room, a maid entered without knocking or announcing herself. This was completely unacceptable and made us feel extremely uncomfortable.

When we went to reception to report the incident, the staff were dismissive, rude, and appeared to be smirking rather than taking our complaint seriously. Instead of addressing our legitimate concerns, they tried to turn the situation around by claiming we simply didn't want to pay the £40 late check-out fee. That was not the case at all—I would have happily paid for the extension had our privacy not been so blatantly violated.

The only response we received was a half-hearted apology, with no genuine concern or effort to resolve the issue. The lack of professionalism and customer service was incredibly disappointing.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I only wish I had read the reviews before booking, as they would have saved us from such an unpleasant experience.

A good value for money
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful. We had a medical emergency at 3AM and the guy at the front desk helped us to get to the hospital. He called the hospital and arranged a cab.
The breakfast was also good.
The room was very quiet and the bed was huge.

Cons:

The pool is not really a pool. It's really tiny.

Großzügige Zimmer und kleiner Pool zum Abkühlen, kleines Frühstückbüffet

Cons:

Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, aber es spielt schon eine Rolle - Umgebung des Hotels - viel Müll in den Straßen, Matratzen liegen auf dem Gehweg, tote Ratten auf der Straße, mangelndes Sicherheitsgefühl in den Seitenstraßen um das Hotel.

Widok na ulicę, która pozwalała obserwować nam biedniejszych mieszkańców Neapolu..Bylo to ciekawe doswiadczenie. Mieszkaliśmy tam 5 dni..

Swietne śniadanka..Duzo produktów na sniadania angielskie. Na poczatku czerwca codziennie swieże truskawki , maszyna do mrożonego jogurtu . Do dzis to wspominamy.

Pros:

I wish I had read the reviews before booking this hotel. Listed as 4 star is a falsehood. The area is rough. Our first night I was robbed of my phone! Spent first night at the police station and it was downhill after that. No water or coffee in the rooom! Mosquitoes at night and when we complained they sprayed the room and said no one else had the problem! We had the mosquito bites to prove it! Some staff esp ladies in breakfast were very nice, men less so. Breakfast fare was minimal. Policemen keep visiting the hotel and I was told by a person at the desk it’s a rough area! Never again!
