Angenehmer kurzer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Schönes Hotel gleich in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und somit sehr zentral gelegen.

Cons:

Frühstück das nicht konsumiert wurde, konnte nicht rückerstattet werden.

Definitely not a palazzo experience - better luck elsewhere
Pros:

Wonderful spacious and modern room. Good bathroom. Comfortable bed. Reasonable choice at breakfast.

Cons:

Curious there were no water boiler and tea in the room.

Room rather noisy, double glazing would help.

Awful neighbourhood, hence probably the low price even in peak season.

Pool is incredibly small, don't be fooled by the pictures. Impossible to swim.

Rooftop bar area is relatively small and thus quickly crowded. Some barmen prefer to play obnoxious loud club music. Smoking is allowed, revulting.

Some staff seemed a bit unfriendly. Though they undoubtedly face many different customers, they could be trained a bit more in the idea of "service with s smile" (even if they don't really mean it).

No a/c in the breakfast room. Be prepared for many other lower class guests - tattoos galore, and loud talking by e.g. rude Americans ubiquitous.

The chamber maid likes cleaning with loud music in the early morning, could be overheard next door, waking us up.

Behagelige store værelser, morgenmaden og tagterrassen. Nem kommunikation med personalet

Perfect location. Great rooms. Clean. Friendly staff.
Pros:

Perfect location. A lovely little pool to cool off in on hot days, and a charming little bar. The breakfast is great, with everything you need. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the essentials, and the beds are very good.

And the staff are outstanding: welcoming, friendly, flexible and incredibly helpful. Giovanni helped us find restaurants and was absolutely fantastic. Francesco was also extremely helpful and welcoming.

Overall, the staff really make this place worth every penny. They deserve huge praise.

Next time we come to Naples, we will definitely stay here again!

Pros:

Me gustó la variedad del desayuno lástima que hacía mucho calor en la terraza para tomarlo, aparte de que ponen una tele con música que tampoco me gustaba. La ducha del baño muy bien al igual que el aire acondicionado.

Cons:

Wifi un desastre, la pileta tenía exceso de cloro, las camas eran duras, la ubicación es re práctica pero es muy feo el barrio, considero que no es un hotel 4 estrellas. La persona de recepción super amable. La caja fuerte es re chica y la llave de la habitación es una llave manual y solo te dan una.

Pros:

La chambre spacieuse

Cons:

Le quartier (sale, insécurité) le petit déjeuner (infâme) le personnel pas agréable
Chambre "vendue" avec balcon.
Aucun intérêt il donne sur les bas quartiers sales , insonorisation inexistante. C'est très bruyant

Cool and comfortable bedrooms . Helpful reception.

Cons:

The area itself is convenient for the station, however is a heavy traffic area with not too many good restaurants. There are better areas of Naples ( like the port area) however we chose this for locality to the station and it was good value .

Pros:

Tout dans cet hôtel invite à déconnecter et à savourer l'instant. Le cadre est magnifique, mais c'est surtout l'énergie du lieu et la bienveillance de toute l'équipe qui font la différence. On s'y sent immédiatement bien, comme suspendu hors du temps. Merci pour cet accueil si chaleureux, pour les sourires et pour ces souvenirs gravés pour longtemps. Je repartirai les yeux fermés... et le cœur léger.

Pros:

Location by Central Station is good. Roof top pool and bar were really nice. Breakfast was very nice and it was good to sit outside in the morning. Supermarket round the corner and lots of very nice restaurants. Underground station a few minutes walk away

Cons:

Area around hotel is a bit grubby.
