It was very nice room. Everything was clean. I enjoyed the large bathtub.
The morning manager was rude and nosy.. the $100 deposit . I didn't mind putting it up at first until the next morning when they kept it without a good reason.. only a couple of drops of blood on the nightstand from where I cut my finger on a tin can. Unrelated.
Convenient, good parking, staff tried.
Maintenance lacked, large gap under door from room to parking, I got cold at night till I blocked the gap with a towel. Door lock had to be repaired, tv had to be fixed, breakfast was mediocre. Ownership just didn't keep it up, very obvious.
The staff were very polite, helpful, and courteous. The cleaning staff apparently perform very well as the room and common areas were neat and tidy. However, it seems the owners and maintenance staff haven’t been to the property in quite a while. We stayed at some Magnuson properties in Colorado that were considerably better maintained. I cannot recommend the Manguson Sand Springs location.
The room we were initially given had not been cleaned & was still dirty from the previous tenant. Other than that the stay was fine.
Very nice
Great place to stay.
I liked the breakfast. I liked the location. I liked that it's clean, staff is exceptionally friendly, and the quiet area is conducive to a restful night's sleep!
The rooms on the outside people had the doors open, sitting down in the front of it like they’re at their apartment. Standing at the counter, checking in and a guy comes to the counter with a roach that he found in his room that was still alive. they wouldn’t let me get my money back because I had already paid for the hotel through the website I get to my room it’s hot and it smells like mildew and air conditioner doesn’t work finally the front people come up. It had to be the next shift because the shift before the night shift didn’t come up to the door to check on that air conditioner of the night people had to so we was in there sweating for over two hours or three until somebody decided to come up and check the air conditioner. The overnight lady did move us into another room.
Front desk receptionist was great and helped us.
The building is run down, needs work. The first and then second room they tried to put us in were horrible. Cigarette smoke smell was awful, walls were dirty.
Finally the third room she offered us was acceptable but not great.
