Certainly not worth the 9.2 ranking they display.
Pros:

The staff were very pleasant

Cons:

No reception had to go to the bar area for any requests( of which there were many)
No room service eg change of poor quality towels that were soaked through after one shower.
Only one towel provide for 2 people.
Towels not changed daily
Tea and Coffee not replaced after use
Food very average in the restaurant, wine list poor and most wines were unavailable.

Suited my needs at good price
Pros:

Dinner in restaurant was great. Room was adequate for my needs. Good location (walking distance) for visiting family living locally.

Cons:

Be aware that the hotel / bar is not 24/7 so not suitable for late night drinks etc

A most comfortable stay, warm welcome, efficient staff, excellent breakfast cooked to order.
Pros:

Our rooms were beautiful, comfortable and very clean, with everything we needed. Comfortable beds, pristine bathroom with lovely hot water and soft towels. Our room was freshened up while we were out (bins emptied, bathroom cleaned, more milk, coffee and teabags as we had used some etc.)

Nice friendly place, good stay
Pros:

Helpful staff. Receptionist/cleaner lady was friendly and helpful. The guy behind the bar helped with wi fi password.
Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Possibly some fruit or cereal option at breakfast would have been nice. Otherwise absolutely fine
