Pros:

Location, friendly staff, good breakfast. Very clean.

Cons:

Very overpriced for the facility. Prices inflated due to UT GRADUATION Weekend. We were attending a family funeral. If prices had not been so inflated all over town would have extended stay for another night to visit with grieving family members.

Great choice while visiting University of Tennessee
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel while attending events at the University of Tennessee a year ago. Then, we chose to stay here a second time recently while also attending events at the University of Tennessee. For us, this was a great choice of hotels. It was more reasonably priced than hotels right near the university or downtown area. It was easy to make the short drive on the highway to and from the hotel to the university. The area where the hotel is located has lots of restaurant and shopping choices. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The staff were quite helpful, friendly, and welcoming both times we visited here. This will remain our go-to hotel while visiting Knoxville.

Wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

The staff was super friendly

Cons:

The place was really dirty looking and unappealing. One of the ceiling tiles in the hallway was leaking and eventually fell off while we were there. The breakfast wasn’t great.
