Pros:

This property exceeded my expectations! John at the front desk was so incredibly welcoming and kind, and I love that they have a machine that makes cappuccino/ hot chocolate / etc. I would definitely return on a stop over in Knoxville.

I shouldve booked a cabin or Airbnb for $850

Clean, quite, safe place to stay. Will stay again.
Pros:

This is a great place to stay. John at the front desk was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. There was an issue with the refrigerator in the room and John was right there to help. Breakfast was good. Coffee available when you wanted it was greatly appreciated. We felt safe in this area. I have stayed here before and will continue to return when I am in Knoxville.

I have nothing to complain about.

We DID NOT stay the night - very strong pungent mold smell as soon as room door was opened
Pros:

DID NOT STAY THE NIGHT so did not eat breakfast

Cons:

We did not even stay the night. We booked thru Priceline and the room smelled of mold. We requested another room but one was not available. We went to another hotel and spent the night and never got refunded back. Multiple attempts have been made to the manager at Best Western but they never call back. This is very unprofessional and disappointing. Please help with refunding our charges for that night. Thank you.
