Spur of the moment stay worked out well

Pros:

The hotel got a 8.6 rating and that’s how I choose a room. This was not even near an 8.6 reading. It was old and desperately needed updating.

My first getaway to Knoxville with the kids to a ball game at UT. Very good experience.
Pros:

It was very clean and nice rooms were nice with plenty of items like fridge microwave shampoo supplies

Cons:

The hallways had a really bad spell on the third floor. They smelled like sweaty gym shoes, but they may have been previously shampooed or something. But overall, no complaints at all.

I stay here every year as I’m passing through the area and will continue to do so.
Pros:

Location, friendly staff and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Room smelled a bit like stinky socks. It made me feel as though the carpet wasn’t clean. The couch was a bit worn looking as well.

Pros:

This property exceeded my expectations! John at the front desk was so incredibly welcoming and kind, and I love that they have a machine that makes cappuccino/ hot chocolate / etc. I would definitely return on a stop over in Knoxville.
