Very comfortable.
Pros:

Terrific location, welcoming and polite staff and nice and comfortable accommodations. I will stay there again. Very close to UC campus too.

お部屋の中は綺麗で清潔。テレビはYouTubeもNetflixも繋がるし、バスルームは取り外しのできるシャワーが付いてて水圧も高く使いやすい。11月で天気が悪く寒かったが、暖房もよく効き快適な滞在だった。

The Best Location
Pros:

You can't beat the Shattuck Plaza location, across the street from Downtown Berkeley BART station and just a block from Campus. And their restaurant, Zino, is not just beautiful and serves excellent food, but is the only sit-down dining in the area open for breakfast at 7:00am. So if you're in town for a show at Berkeley Rep, Shattuck Plaza is where you want to stay.

Everything was wonderful except the allergens
Pros:

Great location and staff. Comfortable rooms.

Cons:

I have a mild dust allergy that isn’t triggered by most hotels’ bedding, but it was really bad starting my 4th night here. The hotel should consider investing in hypoallergenic pillows or pillowcases. They didn’t have either available when I asked, though they staff did what they could and brought me pillows with freshly laundered pillowcases (which didn’t help unfortunately).

Was a nice big cozy room
Pros:

Was given a water kettle when I asked if the water was safe

Maybe could have toothbrushes in the room as opposed to us having to ask for it

Very pleasant, would definitely come back!
Pros:

Location is very convenient, just a few steps away from the DT Berkeley BART station.
The facilities are very pretty and clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Great place to stay in Berkeley
Pros:

Perfect place to stay in Berkeley with easy access to downtown and close to public transit on BART train. Wonderful helpful staff. The Freight is an amazing venue for live music a block away and Blue Bottle coffee is a 4 minute walk!
