島根県西部や山口県北東部に旅行の際にはわざわざ益田まで足をのばしてこのホテルを利用するのもよいと思う。
Pros:

施設と設備が新しくて洗練された感じで快適。コインランドリーがあり長期旅行にもいいし、氷が自由なのも助かる。
施設内の絵画（どこのルートインにあるもの）や花もいい雰囲気だ。
部屋内には旅行の際いつも必要と感じる机・ソファー、旅行バッグ置き、鏡・手元時計、空気清浄機や使い捨てスリッパなどほぼ揃っていた（実際には全部は使用しないが）。
特に１Ｆ温泉（人工）は狭いながらも私がかつて北海道旅行の温泉で味わった落ち着いた感じでよかった。

何でも(仕事面でもプライベートでも)快適ホテル
Pros:

予約等接客もスムーズで、プライバシーも守られ、安心して向かいました。部屋も快適で、隣接の音等気になりませんでした。仕事で一人となると、なるべく安くとにかく休めればと最低条件思うのですが、仕事面ではPCや資料等が広げられるテーブルが大きいのは助かりました。ある程度の街の中で近隣店情報、大浴場もありがたかったです。また、プライベートでも利用させていただきたいと思いました。プライベートとなると、浜田管も含めての観光スポット情報が充実していると良いと思います。お世話になりました。

Cons:

あらかじめのインターネットでの予約で、カード決済してしまい、領収証をその場でいただけなかったことです。なかなか自分で領収証を未だ得ることが出来ていないこと…ですがこれはしょうがないと思っています。

朝食、美味しく、スタッフも大変感じが良かったです。食器トレイのかたずけ、手助けしてくれてありがたかったです。

Cons:

受付スタッフ、笑顔が無く感じが悪かったかなあ？
通路にいたスタッフのかたが、携帯動画見てた。

場所的にも良くて、快適でした。
Pros:

綺麗にお掃除されていて気持ちよかったです。
