DAS Marina Burgas Hotel

Very close to the south bus station by feet. The rooms are super wide, clean with great decoration.
The breakfast is fair, but the coffee is amazing , the restaurant is giving on the port.
Everything is reachable by feet: city centre, sea garden , the beach and the boat to go to DT Anastasia island.
I had a great sleep and unforgettable stay

Very convenient for the International Congress Centre Burgas five minutes walk away. Lovely marine surroundings around the hotel. Free parking on the street. Good wifi. However, really basic rooms with no desk lamp and no tea, coffee or water in the room. Water available to buy from minibar.

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment; it was quite spacious and airy. Very close to the center of Burgaz and the beaches. There is a paid open-air parking lot right in front. The hotel is clean and newly built. However, the breakfast was very poor, limited variety and unfortunately very low-quality products were used; we were not satisfied. Unfortunately, there was no furniture in the room to open our suitcases on. All of the two-bedroom apartments, like the one we stayed in, apparently face the parking lot.

Excellent vila, brand new, clean, well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The villa has nice yard and it is close to the beach. Highly recommended to families, friends and business related accommodation needs so you can rest and enjoy.

Very good and modern hotel in front of the sea in the port place. Big and clean rooms, value for money and parking upon payment. The staff is very polite and helpful. Close to the city center, about 10 minutes walking. The breakfast is below expectations and the best part of the room - restaurant is for smokers only. A bit disappointed of that...

Hotel Marina keeks the same great conditions, very nice rooms, and those ones with see view are most beoutifully.
Good breakfast, clean rooms but overheated, only with windows open the temperature inside decrease enough.
The hotel parking is automated with LPR, but you need to check in first. Will be nice if would possible to send car number in advance to save one ticket paper and some time to enroll it ...

Excellent location, the rooms were adequate, however 2 tiny pillows were not sufficient. The towels were too small. The air-conditioning didn't work. Breakfast was adequate and plenty full. The staff were pleasent and attentive. For a hotel that is new it was not what we expected

The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the bus/train station. Lovely location overlooking the marina. Rooms are exceptionally spacious, we had a room overlooking the marina with large windows enjoying a good view over the water. The room might have benefitted from a couple of soft chairs to enjoy the view even more. Furniture is quite ‘no frills’ but everything is clean and works. Beds are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious with good shower. No kettle is provided although there is a mini bar.
Good choice of food options for breakfast in the Dock 5 restaurant. We also had dinner here and it is excellent. We would be happy to stay here again.

Really felt let down by the staff in the hotel. We had issues in both of our rooms and there was no support for us when asked. At first to enter the parking the system is very cumbersome requiring you to move back and forth to reception without clear instructions. When we asked how to control the aircon temperature in the room we were told to open the window…every time we called for support no one would answer the phone. Overall not hospitable and the hotel fascilities are quite worn out for a fairly new property.

Wonderful place for short or long breaks, absolutely stunning near by the port, great location, super clean, and most important very welcoming staff , lovely restaurants near by, walkable distance to the city near by the coast. Parking facilities just near by the hotel. Thank you.

Otel odaları oldukça küçük ve minimum eşya mantığı ile döşenmiş. Dolap kapısı, çekmece vb gibi şeyler yok. Herşey ortada. Bir gün veya 2 gün konaklayabilirsiniz ama fazlasında rahatsız olabilirsiniz. Konumu güzel. Gece mekanlara yürüme mesafesinde ulaşabilirsiniz. Kahvaltısı yeterli. Türk kahvaltısına yakın ürünleri bulabilirsiniz. Nakit olarak EUR kullanılmıyor. Çalışanlar birazcık sert mizaçlılar.

Very convenient to the train station and walkable to centre of town. There is access to a great gym and sauna across the street for a moderate fee. Coffee not available until 7:30 am but there is a coffee machine across the street.

The hotel was in great location and it appears new, great breakfast , close to beaches and close to bus station

The hotel is fine, the rooms are clean and that’s the only good thing about this place. You can’t control the room temperature- it’s hot during the day and cold during the night. Don’t expect nice breakfast even though the price of the room is high enough. Poor menu with no choice. Rude staff.
I will never return here.

Pre arrival service awful, extremelly poor mail interaction, mediocre reception desk, nice cleaning but the worst beds i have experienced in a long time, dirty roofs full of cig butts, mostly german channels on the TV(so as long as you want to relax before going to bed after all day walking around…), oh and the best experience is the breakfast….lack of facilities, choice (short and cheap) and the girls hosting the restaurant which believe they are so beautiful that you don’t deserve to kiss where they walk are fantastic! Such a shame which such a hughe potential ( location and views of the back side rooms), very disappointing, a pitty.

Our A/C didn’t work in the room. We complained and nothing happened. They said that they will send someone to the room to check it and pretty sure they didn’t. They did not offer us to change rooms or any solution to this matter. We weren’t satisfied for the money we paid.
