Pros:

Das Personal war extrem freundlich und bemüht.
Die Lage ist perfekt.. nah am Zentrum des Geschehens aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen.

Há opções melhores na região.
Pros:

O apto é grande, com ótimas instalações, muito semelhante às fotos.
Os funcionários são cordiais e prestativos, no entanto, a hospedagem não oferece um bom suporte de forma geral, embora os funcionários até tentem ajudar.
Exemplo - não há toalhas de rosto, não há travesseiros adicionais. O chuveiro não esquenta o suficiente, para a banheira, a água é bem quente Embora o hotel tenha elevador para os quartos, a recepção fica no primeiro andar e da rua p/ o 1. Andar não há elevador , vc precisa carregar as próprias malas sozinho em uma escadaria alta e com degraus curtos.
Embora as recepcionistas queiram ajudar, são senhoras que realmente não possuem força para isso.

Sehr hilfsbereite Besitzerin.
Die Lage ist gut, man kann zu Fuß in die Altstadt gehen.

It was fine to stay for a few days
Pros:

The staff were lovely. Right across the road was Tree Beauty which was the best spa I have been to in SEA.

Cons:

Smokers below filled our room with cigarette smoke. It smelled disgusting.

It was a bit out of the way. Hard to get to the inner city with an 8 year old.

Ευχάριστη διαμονή με μικρές ατέλειες.
Pros:

Η ευρυχωρία, πλήρης εξοπλισμενο, καθαρό. Ζητήσαμε έξτρα πετσέτες και μας έφεραν, καθάριζαν κάθε μέρα και μάλιστα έπλεναν και τα πιάτα. Ξεχάσαμε ένα σακίδιο ενώ πηγαίναμε αεροδρόμιο και μας πήραν τηλέφωνο και το έστειλαν με άλλο αυτοκίνητο.

Cons:

Ότι δεν είχε παράθυρο με θέα, διότι το παράθυρο έβλεπε σε τοίχο και ήταν σκοτεινά. Το στρώμα είχε λακούβες αλλά ήταν άνετο και η πόρτα του μπάνιου δεν έκλεινε, θέλει διόρθωση.

A fantastic stay in Ba Dinh with exceptionally friendly staff who truly enhanced our experience.

What we liked:
• The staff were wonderful — so warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. They really made the stay special.
• The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and serviced daily.
• Reliable, fast Wi-Fi.
• Elevator access (always appreciated in Hanoi!).
• Excellent location surrounded by cafés and restaurants, making it easy to step out for meals or coffee.

What could be better:
Nothing significant during our stay.

What we had/used:
• Apartment with daily housekeeping
• Wi-Fi
• Elevator access

Good to know:
Great choice if you want to stay in Ba Dinh close to local eateries while still enjoying a comfortable, well-maintained apartment.

Would we return?
Absolutely — the staff alone would bring us back.

Worked well for us for a short stay
Pros:

Modern and comfortable apartment space with good sound proofing and a great washer/dryer machine. The location is also good. Proximal to the Old City but a bit outside the chaos.

Cons:

The shower never worked very properly for us. Also we had an issue with the smell of cigarettes coming through the AC system one day.

Vse v apartmaju vkjučno z osebjem ki je čudovito.
Če kaj potrebuješ in jih prosiš ti priskrbijo.lokacija je dobra odaljena od znamenitosti ravno prav.Samo malo se sliši hrup z ceste je pač mesto.V bližini je tržnica z zelenjavo in dosti trgovin.Do starega dela mesta je cca500m.Slike apartmaja so realne.

Beautiful apartment, friendly staff, close to city center
Pros:

Wonderful apartment, beautifully decorated and very clean. It is perfect for short and long-term stay. All the equipments and furnitures are brand new. The location is in walking distance to city center/old quarter but not noisy at all.

Cons:

There were some mosquitoes in the room on the 4th floor. On the 6th floor there was none

Pros:

Ich war für 3 Nächte dort und wäre gern länger geblieben. Es war alles Perfekt. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Zimmer war sauber und alles war vorhanden. Ebenso einen Pluspunkt ist die Waschmaschine inkl. Trochner. Jedentag wurde ich nachgefragt ob alles OK war oder das Zimmer gereinigt werden muss. Sehr aufmerksam. Auch noch zu erwähnen ist, dass man immer Frische Badetücher bekommt. Lage ist auch perfekt. Essen, Cafés, Lebensmittelshops alles um die Ecke und ins Zentrum dauert es auch nicht lange. Trotz zentrale Lage ist es sehr Ruhig.

Cons:

Wenn man nachts spät heim kommt muss man klingeln oder klopfen damit ein Mitarbeiter dir den Haupteingang öffnet. Hier hätte man einen Kartenschloss einbauen können. Aber bei mir bin ich zumindest immer vor 24uhr heimgekommen, deswegen konnte man mir immer sehr schnell den Haupteingang öffnen.

Siisti huoneisto, ylin kerros. Lähellä hyvä ruokapaikka.

Cons:

Suihkussa ei ollut painetta. Pitkät raput majoituspaikkaa. Netti toimi huonosti. Pätki.

Excellent place to stay… if you get a room with a window
Pros:

Property was fantastic, clean, great space, friendly staff and in a great location (walkable from the old town but not so close you’re in the chaos)

Cons:

Unfortunately we were put in a room without a window and so zero natural light. However we did see that some of the rooms do have windows, so I imagine if you can get one of those the place would be a 10/10.
