Hong Gia Tue Apartment

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, which made everything easy and comfortable. The apartment itself was spacious and well-designed, giving me plenty of room to relax. The location was also a big plus—very convenient and close to everything I needed. On top of that, the place was clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more pleasant.

Ideal location. Easy walking to all attractions in and near the Old Quarter, and both lakes. Room on 8th floor was quiet , clean and comfortable. ALL staff were always cheerful adding to a great 6 nights in Hanoi.

Great location, great facilities great staff.
The maid gave us laundry soap and showed us how to use the washing machine.

Le was exceptional as a manager. She went above and beyond. My partner had a broken foot and Le even offered to send out for food so that I could enjoy Hanoi for the week we stayed. I am definitely going back to only that Apartment. 1 to 10 scale…an easy 15+.

We booked 2 nights at the Hong Gia Tue Apartments and the pre arrival communications by WhatsApp were excellent.

On arrival we were greeted by Li and her very friendly and efficient team. Li is an amazing host. Nothing is too much trouble, she’s always keen to help with advice and recommendations.

We were quickly signed in and shown up to our room. We had booked a studio apartment and were pleasantly surprised to be told the room had been upgraded to two room apartment.

Room 301 is on the front of the building with the bedroom overlooking the street. The soundproofing was excellent with no discernible road noise. This is the first location in 9 weeks of travelling where we’ve
Not needed earplugs to sleep.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and well appointed with a fridge freezer, washer / tumble drier, clothes rail, aircon, table & chairs, sofa and two large TVs.
We found the iron in the wardrobe and requested an ironing board which was delivered to the apartment in minutes.

The bed was firm and comfortable ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. The bathroom had separate toilet and shower cubicles and a large bathtub and sink was in the interconnecting room. It was so nice to have a European style bathroom rather than just a wet room. There was plenty of hot water which came online quickly.

All in all a great place to stay in Hà Nội.

Das Personal war extrem freundlich und bemüht.
Die Lage ist perfekt.. nah am Zentrum des Geschehens aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen.

O apto é grande, com ótimas instalações, muito semelhante às fotos.
Os funcionários são cordiais e prestativos, no entanto, a hospedagem não oferece um bom suporte de forma geral, embora os funcionários até tentem ajudar.
Exemplo - não há toalhas de rosto, não há travesseiros adicionais. O chuveiro não esquenta o suficiente, para a banheira, a água é bem quente Embora o hotel tenha elevador para os quartos, a recepção fica no primeiro andar e da rua p/ o 1. Andar não há elevador , vc precisa carregar as próprias malas sozinho em uma escadaria alta e com degraus curtos.
Embora as recepcionistas queiram ajudar, são senhoras que realmente não possuem força para isso.

The staff were lovely. Right across the road was Tree Beauty which was the best spa I have been to in SEA.

Η ευρυχωρία, πλήρης εξοπλισμενο, καθαρό. Ζητήσαμε έξτρα πετσέτες και μας έφεραν, καθάριζαν κάθε μέρα και μάλιστα έπλεναν και τα πιάτα. Ξεχάσαμε ένα σακίδιο ενώ πηγαίναμε αεροδρόμιο και μας πήραν τηλέφωνο και το έστειλαν με άλλο αυτοκίνητο.
