Sehr freundliches Personal. Hotel in guten Zustand, tolles Design.
Der Wellnessbereich wirkt ein bisschen improvisiert im Dachstuhl, ich glaube aber man hat hier das beste rausgeholt.

Abendessen und Frühstück ausgezeichnet.

Close to Autobahn and plenty of free secure parking. Receptionist could not have been more welcoming and helpful.
We had really mixed feelings about the room -one of the Adelszimmers. The room was large with a high ceiling and was spotless. The bed was comfortable and we got a good night’s sleep. Bathroom was modern. Need to be familiar with person staying with as shower and sink area are not private. The mixed feelings were due to room having no personal touches. Whilst there was a kettle there were no cups and only two tea bags. As this was an upgrade would have expected dressing gowns. There were no pictures. There was no bedside table on one side of bed- this was no doubt because door to adjoining room.
Evening meal was excellent. Can recommend the Schwabteller and the local beer. Good service.
Breakfast was average.
Clean, comfortable hotel at a reason a reasonable price. Room needs some attention however.

I am utterly disappointed with the customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff couldn’t care less. They showed no interest in helping me, and when I asked for information, I was met with blank stares and vague answers. It felt like I was being a burden just for asking simple questions.

The experience was completely ruined by the dismissive attitude of the staff, especially an older man with grey hair. His demeanor was not only unhelpful but downright disrespectful. He made me feel like my concerns didn’t matter at all. I expected a basic level of professionalism, but instead, I encountered an indifferent and apathetic team. This is not how customers should be treated, and I will not be returning.

Echt ein sehr schönes Hotel , toll saniert und gutes Frühstück. Wenn da nicht diese stauende Hitze im Zimmer gewesen wäre. Trotz offenen Fenster über Nacht, stand die Hitze im Raum. Sicher für kühlere Jahreszeiten eine absolute Empfehlung aber nicht bei den aktuellen Temperaturen.

Eine Klimaanlage wie in der Zimmerbeschreibung beschrieben, sucht man auch vergebens.

Hardly a 3 stars hotel.
They were probably a good romantic hotel years ago. Fells like they got lost in trying to be a romantic hotel, a business hotel and a family hotel for Legoland all on same time. Terrible
Service. No room service, no fridge at the room. dinner is chaotic. And they made a mistake on booking our room and were not proactive in repair their system
Error. . But breakfast is really good.

EN: Newly renovated class combination of old building and very modern elements. Run by independent professional with team, nice local service, super location, super breakfast, parking good and cheap in the underground garage or on the upper deck (high vehicles) => Super stay! Price / performance top!

We didn't stay at this hotel sadly but we booked a dinner for two an hour ahead which wasn't a problem. We were able to eat outside which was situated in a lovely courtyard. Staff very friendly and the food was great. I have to single out the creamy chanterelle soup. Without exaggeration it was the best soup I've ever had. Would done here again any time.

Stayed for a business trip for 2 nights. Hotel is nicely renovated and very clean and the employees were very nice and helpful. . I would highly suggest that during the summer months the hotel purchase fans for the rooms as the majority of the rooms including ours do not have air conditioning and it was extremely hot in the room. We opened the window however our room faced the courtyard where the restaurant is located so it was very loud until late hours of the night. Having a fan or portable air con unit would make a big difference.

If the exterior is not very romantic, the interior is superb. Very pleasant, a lot of woodwork and a very nice personalized decoration. The rooms are very pleasant, especially those overlooking the courtyard.
