Cons:

There was no body wash or body lotion. We called the lobby in the morning several times for a late check out and there was no answer. Second time at a Best Western in the past month. This stay was disappointing 😞. We are not returning to this location.

10/10 as always!
Pros:

I have stayed at this place for the past 8 years every time I visit LA. Every part about my stays are perfect! For breakfast Lupe had a full dinning area and still brought me waffles along with all the sides to go with and evwn extra utencils. She always greets me with the kindest smile and takes care of everyone who walks through the door. Dee is always such a gracious host and helps with any and all of our needs every single time we visit. Both of the staff during check in and check out were great too. They were very friendly and genuine. 10/10 recommend staying here!

Great location for overnight stay
Pros:

Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was a bit firm, but very comfortable. I also liked the location- easy access to the freeway.

Cons:

I did not like that most of the guests on my floor were smoking in front of their rooms which filled our room with the smell of cigarettes and other scents. Also, the parking situation was a bit tight. There were not enough spots.
