I don’t like how I have to have the staff knock on my door every single time I check in and threaten to evict us and call the police, so then I go down to the desk office and I gave Kenisha my reservation number and she can’t find it so I let her hold my phone she finally found it and then ask me to pay after I showed her I already paid, yall have to do better !!! And don’t be so rude to us I have money and you lucky I’m staying at this drug infested place!!!

Nothing Worse hotel experience
Everything my room.got changed twice and both showers didn't work
How close it was to the highway.
The rooms were out dated and smelled... I had to change rooms the first time because my AC was not working.
Honestly nothing about my stay was good.
The staff was rude and didnt do anything to help after they rented me a room that should never have been rented because of the uncleanliness, bugs, black mold, injuries sustained because of their fruiniture not being safely maintained, and electrical wiring hanging from the ceiling. Also my room that was paid for to come with a fridge did not have one and I went and told the office and they did nothing not even move me to another room and all of my groceries went bad around $200 worth. One lady told me I she would give me a 10 dollar discount for that day and that never haopened and then when I went back in the morning to ask for a refund or another night I was informed only if I had the money on the spot I could get 10 dollars off another night, but I had already told her I am homless and worked very hard to get the one night to just be comfortable and have a bed and shower. She said it wouldnt be extended. There's more to the list but the last thing I Will mention for now is the staff just leaves whenever and locked the office during open hours to where people were standing outside wondering where they were even though the times are clearly listed on the door. And when I called cooperate they were no help at all. 24 to 48 hours I was supposed to get a call back and never did ive tried calling the manager and they weren't even in office during the open hours to answer the phone so I got no reply. Im VERY VERY highly upset.

It was dirty and people hanging out in the parking lots pound music waking you up at 4/5am floors where dirty had absolutely not one towel or wash cloth had to go ask for them absolutely nothing was good about this stay

Yes, I like the clean Motel 6 room, microwave, and mini refrigerator, but for one things is TV screen and remote are both out of order. The staff told me to change the room with TV screen is working it.
I am greatly satisfied with 50% - Otherwise, I love the nice place in Orange Park, FL because of the nearby hotels, restaurants, and grocery stores available!
I dislike seeing the wet on the floor under the wood in the closet next to the bathroom... I am surprised that there's no iron either. In just case I will have to bring my own iron to the Motel 6 room in any different location next time.
I did not like anything this place looks abandon.
