The staff were great and I thought it was excellent value for money.
Pros:

Good quality sheets and a comfortable bed meant I slept really well - which is REALLY important to me. I also liked that when I was a bit cool at night the staff were happy to provide a warm blanket. The staff were always on hand and dealt with the minor issues politely and promptly. In fact the staff and the comfy bed were the best part of my stay. I also appreciated the fridge freezer - plenty space for food and ice-cream!

Cons:

I don't know if they have kettles in the US hotel rooms, I know many people have coffee makers, but I like a kettle in my room to make a coffee when I want one. I did a work around by heating the coffee in the microwave so I managed. I know some of the reviews mention bugs but there were no beasties in my room and I felt it was perfectly clean.

2 TV channels. Tried 4 rooms to find 1 didn't smell cigarettes. Pool closed for repairs

The price and staff, friendly

Cons:

The first room give was to be non - smoking but had previous guest which had smoked in the room. there was no comforter and the sheets had cigarette burn holes in the sheets. Spoke to the front desk and she did change the room and it was like nite and day. During the night there was loud bagging on the doors and guest opening and closing the doors all nite long on either side of me, was very unsafe.
