Staff very friendly, Breakfast was Good

Cons:

Room ground floor as requested, next to noisy ice machine, stairs exit doors , elevator. Guest at 10:30 pm left her two barking dogs in room as she went up to front desk. Not sure if she was checking in. Alarm in room next to hours kept going off at 6am, didn’t appear to be anyone in the room.

Pros:

Breakfast options were very nice, coffee always avaliable in the lobby and the fireplace were lovely

Cons:

The location of the soap dispensers is awkward. We kept bumping our shoulders against them. Dispensers should be on the back wall of the shower

A good value in an older facility.
Pros:

Comfortable room, good breakfast, convenient location. Nice to have a pool and hot tub as well as the local papers at in the reception area

Cons:

The building is old and somewhat tired. I wouldn't say we didn't like it but it is showing it's age. There seemed to be occasional non-guest visitors during breakfast.

Don’t leave anything in your room after checkout as you’ll never see it again

Clean and in a nice location

Cons:

Left a set of AirPods in the room, realised 10 minutes after leaving, came back and the cleaners were in the room and the AirPods were gone. They’ve now been reset so we can’t see where they are on find my iPhone. Appalling and will never go back.
