Reasonable prices, clean and spacious rooms
There is a smelly fast food restaurant next to the hotel (you can only smell it in the parking lot, there is no fast food smell at all in the hotel!)

The hotel was very clean. The friendly staff was kind and ready to help. The walkable location made it easy to head to the springs or visit local shops and restaurants. Our pets were treated like royalty.
Breakfast was good and varied dishes and food were served! The room was very clean and comfortable. The Swimming pool and hot tub was clean and nice too, great for relaxation. What is more is the best service---we arrived early and the front office lady give us a chance to rest in the hot tub area before we could check in. And they provide check in earlier than the designated time!

Breakfast was good. Location great. Mostly the staff was great, except the midnight shift lady I talked with on the phone was very rude &!short with me.
The new Honeywell thermostat. We couldn’t figure it out. It continued to blow cold air when I pressed the up arrow, and I was freezing. But the next day the maintenance man did something and he explained it better, so our second night was much better.

Bed was very uncomfortable - mattress sagged toward the middle. Air conditioning was very loud and banged when it shut off which woke us throughout the night. The doors were very loud.
The priperty was clean, smells good and vedy close to everything that we were just able to walk to places and close to restaurants.
