Proximity to downtown Glenwood Springs, breakfast that was included (a variety of hot food, not just the typical bagel and fruit basket) and the spacious suite.
The place looked like it was recently renovated but you can tell the place needed more than just paint to cover up the fact the place had some good days.
The location is good and check in was smooth and fast.
The place is dirty. The halls looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in days or weeks, the elevator was dirty and buttons didn't all seem to work. The room was cleaner but some pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. A/C smelled a bit. I generally like La Quinta but I'll be staying away from this location.

I should have caught his name, but he was a gentleman we needed towels, and he was so professional treated us so well and brought them up so quickly. We just really appreciate the service that he gave us and his professionalism.
