Location was perfect
Well there was a huge yellow stain on the mattress that was gross, pool was such a high chlorine content it burned your eyes before you even got in the water just being in the room on Saturday of our stay the entire floor that we were staying on smelled of marijuana. We had four children with us so we had to leave the hotel because it was coming into our rooms when we returned someone was getting arrested and the police had the entire parking lot blocked off so we couldn’t even pull back into the hotel. I had to explain to my six-year-old why someone was getting arrested. We chose an 11 o’clock check out as we were loading up our vehicles. The housekeepers came into our room and started cleaning the rooms before all of our personal property was even out they mopped concrete stairs outside of the exit where we were loading our things into our vehicle did not put up caution what sign my husband slipped and fell on the stairs and hurt himself was really not a great stay
I guess you get what you pay for? At least the room at first appeared to be clean. I didn’t like much else.
The staff was not super friendly up front. Check in took a bit and the staff seemed overwhelmed.
The hotel is for sure dated. Our room, although tried to feel renovated… was not great.
The shower was luke warm… I hate not having a hot shower as do my girls.
It’s an awkward walk to the hot springs and they don’t have any deals to tie in… in fact the front desk person seemed annoyed when I asked.
The rooms are not quiet…
The curtains don’t close all the way so there is a super bright light coming from the parking

We NEVER were cleaned. We were there for 4 nights! Our room was gross….
The property was amazing. Very clean, comfortable and super convenient to walk everywhere. The continental breakfast was really good.
The only complaint I have is the staff in the breakfast area weren’t very attentive to the tables. Every one of those tables needed wiped off.

Free continental breakfast always nice. Dining hall was really crowded though because of everyone on spring break which was to be expected. Room was spacious and easy to access from first floor. Appreciate the hotel is pet friendly and we were able to bring our little dog with us. The A/C worked well in the room, which was appreciated since it was unseasonably warm during our stay.
Overall things were a little dingy, especially the bathroom. The beds and pillows were very firm, which my husband liked but rest of the family found uncomfortable. Also the refrigerator didn't stay very cool and we brought lots of snacks for the kids to eat so that was a bummer. We were also put in the last room on the first floor right next to the front desk, so it was really loud with people coming and going all the time. We didn't even try to use the pool because it was overrun with kids every time we tried to go down.

No hot water at all!!
My husband is on a ventilator icu local hospital. I spent 3 nights at the Laquita in Glenwood Springs to get a little rest and take showers. I used 3 towels made the mistake of wiping my makeup off . I was charged $100 for towel damages. Angel the manager was aware of my situation. The hospital told me to ask for a discount because of the situation which she did not do. I stayed there because it was cheap and close to the hospital. I guarantee there towels are not worth $100. My husband is currently still on a ventilator and I planned on staying again. I will take my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same. Angel should be ashamed of herself.

They had long breakfast hours and great choices! Our stay was overall really good! Friendly staff, clean rooms, great prices!
The pool was a little small but still very clean!
