Great Customer service. Love this place
Pros:

I have stayed here many times over the past 7 years while ski training with my son. We have always been happy here for the convenience, value, service, cleanliness and overall experience. We have always been treated well here and have been completely satisfied. I have owned a high end hotel for 38 years on the Oregon Coast so I know was really nice is and can be. This trip we were checked in at the front desk by an exceptional employee, Lizette, she was super helpful, efficient and very please at 10pm. Our second evening we had a need for a screwdriver, scissors and some forgotten toiletries. Again perfect service. This lady was so full of grace and is so pleasant while doing what can be a very challenging job at times. I told Liz that she must be the employee of the month and she said she has not won the honor yet. I vote for Liz. As well the employees have always done a great job here. At check in, in rooms, with questions and the food service managers for their great breakfast are amazing too. What a great place to stay, ski and rest. Great job Liz!!!! Niel Atkinson

It was so fun, comfortable, and the most amazing stay.
Pros:

Awesome pool, sauna, and hot tub! There was also a beautiful fireplace you could sit but and a water fountain in the main lobby. I have to say, this is the best western plus I’ve ever been too. This was almost too good for the price I paid

Cons:

Serving breakfast until 10:00 am would have been better. My friend and I missed breakfast which was served until 9:00 am only. We overslept until 10:00 am.
