Great get away destination
Pros:

Park City was my destination, always treated like family. I gave 4 stars because the hot water had a problem abd couldn't shower for a few hours, but they fixed it quickly and business as usual

Always a great experience at this hotel. Staff is friendly, rooms and all amenities are clean and well kept. Its our favorite place to stay.

Ski Road Trip to Park City
Pros:

Very nice experience . . . this hotel offers everything you need, if you are focused a ski/snowboard experience. Park City is so close, Snowbird an easy 45 minute Drive. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, Breakfast very good, and we took full advantage of the public lobby areas to relax and visit with friends. ALSO, the Pool, Sauna and Jacuzzi worked wonders. The staff - Very engaging, friendly and responsive. We had an issue with the room safe, they were on it and repaired the box within 20 minutes.

Welcoming staff, but the rooms and property could use some updating.
Pros:

The staff was very pleasant, and very welcoming to our family and our dog. Check in was fast and easy. Location was also good.

Cons:

The hotel had a strange smell. The comforter in our room had a stain on it. Towels were very worn looking, and not a clean, bright white. There was hair in the water of the toilet bowl when we first used it. And the hand soap on the wall ran out after only two uses. Overall, felt dated and a bit dirty.

We liked the cleanlines, friendly staff, and how quiet the hotel was for the busy location.

Cons:

There was some mold in the upper corner of the shower and the fan didn't work. That said, the front desk was pleasantly receptive and said they'd mention it to maintainance. The bathroom counter had a weird cut out.
