Welcoming staff, but the rooms and property could use some updating.
Pros:

The staff was very pleasant, and very welcoming to our family and our dog. Check in was fast and easy. Location was also good.

Cons:

The hotel had a strange smell. The comforter in our room had a stain on it. Towels were very worn looking, and not a clean, bright white. There was hair in the water of the toilet bowl when we first used it. And the hand soap on the wall ran out after only two uses. Overall, felt dated and a bit dirty.

We liked the cleanlines, friendly staff, and how quiet the hotel was for the busy location.

Cons:

There was some mold in the upper corner of the shower and the fan didn't work. That said, the front desk was pleasantly receptive and said they'd mention it to maintainance. The bathroom counter had a weird cut out.

The night before I stayed in a way more expensive hotel, and did not receive any breakfast, this was a very great addition to my stay, and the food was fantastic

Cons:

That I didn’t stay there the night before, what a great option for Park City, especially for the value, I will let many many people know this is the way to go.

Pros:

Absolutely Outstanding! They have become more Family to us and that is So Amazing! The Kindness that they have shown and given is Unmistakable. To Feel that every time we walk into their Hotel is Incredible. We will continue to stay each and every time at that Best Western Plus in Park City and have been for a Year. Thank you!!
