Asked for sheets for spare bed, didn’t get it. There was no hand soap in the room. Had to use body wash. Wife ordered from there food service thing, and it showed two hours later and soggy

Wasn’t completely horrible
Pros:

The staff was friendly and the breakfast wasn’t bad. Showers were super hot.

Cons:

Wasn’t super clean, mini fridge didn’t get cold at all. Didn’t like getting 3 bottles of lotion and only 1 bottle of shampoo.

The bathroom was clean. The ac worked well and the gym wasn't bad.

Cons:

The carpet was sticky. The lock was missing on the door. The pool was old and tired. And freezing!
