The staff was friendly. Breakfast area was clean
Our room was not properly cleaned prior to arrival . There was toothpaste still in the sink and a dirty wash cloth in the shower. Room was not much to be desired. Our first night we woke up in the morning to ceiling leaking from it raining . There was a huge water bubble in the ceiling and all of our food got yet. You can tell they had done previous patch work on the ceiling instead of fixing their leaking roof . Which then leads me to believe they likley have a mold problem. They did move us to a new room immediately but offered not sort of compensation.
There were stains on the bed spread, sheets, and bedshirt. Crumbs in corners of the floor. Door did not shut correctly. Light switch on the wall was filthy. Do not disturb signed was chewed on. No bodywash in the shower.
The room itself was lovely. It was clean and very presentable.
The room was located between the pool and the service area. The service area was noisy in the morning and at night, though it was understandable, the pool area was very lively. The later is perfectly understandable. - other customers were on vacation too after all. And lastly, our room did not have a hair dryer.
Breakfast was just adequate.
Cleanliness was terrible! Black mold in the shower. The seat for handicap wasn't clean to sit on. Tub jets were dirty. The complimentary coffee was oftentimes empty. Upon arrival, the bed cover had stains of probably dog fecal, as well as the pillows being dirty. The eggs and sausage were terrible.

My refrigerator wasn't working for other days that I was there The first day I did contact front desk and they said that they will try to figure something out which caused me to lose a few food items that I had brought with me. But not only that the refrigerator was never replaced the next day I came back from work and still nothing. I contacted the booking agency as well before I checked out and it seems like nobody's trying to help me with this problem I will simply like some kind of refund not a full refund but something.

could of used more pillows, bed slide off base easily. Liked the pump bottles for body wash, shampoo and conditioner except the body wash was empty.

Property was clean & well kept. Free coffee, varieties of tea bags & hot cocoa as well as iced lemon water 24/7. Pet friendly, but never heard or smelled anything at all considering. Rooms were quiet, staff was respectful and the breakfast was great. Eggs & either sausage or bacon. Bagels, toast, muffins, streusels, cereal and hot waffle maker. Varieties of juices. I’d stay again.
The pool was my only complaint (well my kids only complaint lol) being that a lot of times it was closed bc they were “cleaning it” or bc it had bacteria they said. Typical pool hours are 10a-10p.
Nothing, would not stay here again.
The front desk staff wasn’t very friendly or welcoming, I felt like a bother walking in and they failed to let us know at check-in that the pool wouldn’t be of use during our stay. Would we have known this we would have saved us some money and stayed across the street to where they didn’t have a pool. We had a short stay so we bared with it. Breakfast was not very good, very bland and greasy. Shower was dirty all on the floor of the shower. Lamp was broken in the bedroom, tried to turn it on and it was literally just a lightbulb laying where it’s supposed to be screwed on but couldn’t screw it on because that part was broken. Didn’t try to turn it on due to not wanting to cause a fire.
I loved the fact that a pool was in doors .
I woke up to a bed bug which I have a time stamped photo of! It was very upsetting.
I picked the hotel for the pool and called to make sure the pool was open. They said yes It was not

The employee who checked us in was very nice. The whirlpool was a nice addition.
We checked in to room 102 approximately 8:30 pm upon arriving to the room the heat was set to 78 degrees. The floor was wet under window and ac I assume due to a leak. There was a dirty or stained rag hanging by the whoolpool. Hotel needs updated. Despite the couple things upon checkin we were going to still stay for the night. Went to the casino and when we arrived back and was finally ready to go to bed around 2:30am we found a live active bedbug on the bed(explains the heat cranked up so we assume they knew). Upon seeing this we immediately went to front desk to let them know we would be leaving, no apologies given ect. The staff came down seen the bedbug herself and we were told we would hear from the manager. I called to follow up monday and spoke to an employee who issued a full refund never spoke to the manager. Saying all this we got to drive an hour home at 3am! Never unmade or even sat on the bed. The sad part was the hotel was packed and I cant imagine we were the only room with this issue. I would not recommend staying here!
