Cons:

Customer representatives are horrible, and they never explained anything regarding the car parking pass. I have been all over the world, and I have never heard that a temporary car parking pass has to be returned after an inning, nor was I ever told to return one. They charge money if you don't return the car parking pass. Also, car parking was not free.

Pros:

코리아타운의 중심부에 있어서 한국인에게는 매우 편리한 위치. H-Mart도 걸어서 다녀올 수 있어서 김밥 재료 손쉽게 구입. 청소도 잘 되어있네요. 다만 실내 냄새가 조금 있었으나 원두커피 만들어먹고 나서 그 찌꺼기를 바닥에 둠으로써 상쾌한 기분 유지했음. 주차장은 요금을 내긴 했지만 담당 경비가 있어서 마음이 든든했어요.

Cons:

실내화를 비치해주면 실내 활동이 편할 것 같음. 직원들의 의욕이 다소 낮아보임. 아침식사도 가격 대비 적절해 보이지만 청결도에 좀더 자주 신경을 써주면 좋겠음.

Pros:

다소 일찍 도착했는데도 체크인 해 주셨어요. 새로 리모델링을 했는지 실내는 깨끗했습니다. 주변에 다른 호텔에 비해 가성비 좋은 호텔 이였습니다. 만족합니다.

시트가 깨끗하긴 하지만, 조금 오래된 느끔은 있어요. 그래도 깨끗했습니다.
