Pros:

Гарне Спа з теплими басейнами що дуже важливо для діток.
До спа зони можна замовити смузі, і не потрібно мокрими бігти кудись що є зручно.
Дитяча анімація і дитяча кімната в ресторані.
Лікарська консультація щодо вживання води.

Cons:

немає де повісити халати біля дитячих басейнів
на дитячу майстерку (платну) було б добре мати фартушки, бо робота красива вийшла, але дитина повернулась вся в фарбі і мінус одна сукня, бо фарба не відпирається. Фарба була не дитяча, з тіла відмивалась 2 дні.

сніданок дуже смачний і різноманітний! Розташування чудове! Багато зручностей, і для дорослих так і для дітей! Гори, річка, басейни!!! Усі послуги на найвищому рівні!

Сподобалось дуже все, починаючи з місця розташування готелю, це дійсно казкове місце та сам проект готелю дуже підходить цій місцевості. Затишна, закрита територія, дуже чисто та неймовірно ввічливий, уважний персонал. Красива СПА зона, а СПА процедури це дійсно відновлення, якого ми прагнемо на відпочинку. Окреме Дякую шеф-кухарю Рустаму за різноманітне меню та дійсно смачні страви. Щиро дякую всьому персоналу, хто творить такий незабутній відпочинок! До нових зустрічей!

Не сподобалось, коли на сніданку, жіночка з собакою на руках підходила до шведської лінії за їжею. Я не проти, щоб собачка була в ресторані, але це порушення санітарних норм

Як завжди гарно та затишно.
Pros:

Територія та природа, як завжди затишно та душевно, гарний оновлений SPA.

Cons:

В корпусі в номерах є проблема з шумоізоляцією, дуже чутно сусідів, а так в принципі все ок.

Pros:

Неймовірно затишна та доглянута територія. Багато опцій для проведення часу разом із дитиною. Басейн, ігрова кімната, аніматор, дитячий майданчик. Номер був дуже затишний, комфортний, теплий.

Cons:

Єдиний ньюанс, двері в номер не блочилися, був якийсь збій. Але виправили це доволі швидко. За це зняла 1 бал. Бо це про безпеку.
