nuestro personal llegó antes de las 7pm al hotel, estuvieron tocando, buscando a alguien cerca y esperando pero nadie abrió, después de un rato se contacto por teléfono a gente del hotel y dijeron que debía pagarse un monto adicional para que fueran a abrir cuando se fueron antes de la hora pactada...

Pros:

We like this hotel even though it appears very basic. Room is clean and has nice WiFi. Great air conditioning so our stay is comfortable.
Overall we liked it.
