Pros:

静かで清潔感もあり大変快適でした。
連泊で部屋の清掃を簡易的なものにすれば、アルコールを含む飲み物かPontaポイントのスクラッチが貰えたり、大浴場も無料で入れたりとサービスもかなり充実しているように感じました。
時間を選べば大浴場を独占できたり、とにかく贅沢な時間を過ごせました。

Cons:

駐車場の入口がインターチェンジの入口に面していて、気を付けないとそのまま高速に乗ることになります。利用する方はお気を付けください。

お部屋も清潔で気持ち良く過ごせた

Cons:

車で訪れたが、ホテルの駐車場入口が分からず周辺を一周してしまった
高速の入口と隣合わせなので、ホテルは認識できたが入口がわかりづらかった
ホテルＰをはっきり示してほしい。１つ間違えれば、高速に乗ってしまう

Good hotel to explore Nikko if you have a car. Comfortable room, nice breakfast and good Onsen

Cons:

Our room faced the highway and we could hear traffic at all hours. Request a room on the side farthest from the highway.

Cons:

領収書名の宛名が英語だったためスペルなどを何度もチェックされ(日本人ではないスタッフ)チェックインに40分もかかった。その間同僚達もチェックインできず待っているのに他のスタッフは後方の事務室でおしゃべりをしていた。あまりにも手際が悪いためチェックインは客である私が仕切る始末。
部屋は無意味に広いがソファに謎のシーツがかけられており、疑問に思ってめくってみるとシミだらけのボロボロ。ちょっと怖くて座れなかった。
話のネタには良いがお金を払って宿泊する場所ではないと感じた。
