Pros:

Amazing services you wouldn’t get in big hotel chains, I am pretty confident about that. Breakfast is very local and I love that. Cosy room with all you need.
Just a small suggestion - if you provide complimentary bottle of water for guests, that would be a big plus.

Für einen kurzen Städtetrip absolut passend
Pros:

Gute Lage mitten im Zentrum von Bratislava, sehr freundliche Rezeptionistin Zuzana, sie hat geholfen wegen dem Fernsehempfang

Cons:

Leider nicht wirklich deutschsprachige Sender wie zB ARD,ZDF etc

Tolle Lage und Frühstück besser als in einige 4*
Pros:

Super Lage im Zentrum – man erreicht alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Im Deluxe-Zimmer gibt es einen Wasserkocher und eine Kaffeemaschine. Und sogar einen Schminktisch – das fand ich echt nett. 🥰 Das Bett war bequem und schön weich. Die Heizung lässt sich gut regulieren.

Das Frühstück war echt lecker und ausreichend – ich war dann den ganzen Tag satt. In der Nacht von Dienstag auf Mittwoch war es im Hotel und in der Umgebung angenehm ruhig.
Es war besser, als ich von einem 3* erwartet hatte. Ich komme wieder - danke 🙏

Pros:

Hotel was lovely. The rooms were cosy, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Fridge in the bedrooms which I love when travelling. Bathrooms were nice and the shower had really good pressure. Amazing courtyard patio. We were a large family , had 7 rooms. Everyone was catered for with no complaints. The bfast was nice and the location is perfect. I'll definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Pros:

Do ubytování jsme plánovali přijet ve 14 hodin, chvíli předtím nás ale zaměstnankyně hotelu kontaktovala, že v hotelu došlo k havárii vody a že nás nemohou ubytovat. Zároveň nám ale nabídli pomoc při hledání nového ubytování a velmi jsme ocenili přímou a bezproblémovou komunikaci a okamžité vrácení peněz. I přesto, že jsme ubytováni nevyužili, ocenili jsme pomoc při řešení mimořádné situace a férové jednání.

skvelý pomer cena kvalita
Pros:

Pekné čisté izby s historickou atmosférou v centre mesta s rýchlou pešou dostupnosťou do Incheba expo arény aj iných turistických cieľov.

Cons:

Asi nie je vhodné pre ľudí, ktorým robia problém schody, keďže ich tam je pomerne dosť a výťah nám nebol ponúknutý. Tiež umiestnenie pohárov na kachličky nad WC mi nepríde ako ideálne hygienické riešenie.
