Very clean room and contactable staff.
The house was clean and well maintained.
The house is indeed not clean and smelly. There are still things left by the previous guest in the house, including eaten candies and used tissues. The toilet window was also broken and could not be closed. The pillows and quilts were not clean and smelly. The front desk staff were not friendly and did not smile when checking out.
Need a lot of improvement at the check in counter staff!

Ants all over the beds. Very poor higiene
Staff was concerned to just get additional money. They even were insisting to pay the Tourism Tax which was included in prepaid tariff and as per Expedia confirmation email.
VERY DIRTY AND UNFRIENDLY PLACE
It was a comfy 2-Night stay for our Family of 4. Loved the strategic location - walking distance to reasonably priced eateries, and 10mins drive away fr Awana & GPO.
Only downside was the futon which was damaged, covered w a sofa cover which had mites/bugs which caused me an allergy. This futon needs to be upgraded. Otherwise all else 4star rating :)
Staff were nice. Apartment was as described.
Only thing I didn’t like was the low walls when 19 floors up and your small children try to climb for the view. If they fell it would be death. Nets should be applied every few floors.
The guest lift was horrible slow. Being waiting almost 1 hour when want to chek-out.
TV was not connected to antenna, shower head is broken, dirty chair so that they put bed sheet to hide the dirtiness, broken toilet
The property was slow to respond to messages.
We located cockroaches in the room and were woken to a cockroach on our face while sleeping.
The washing machine/drier was broken and unusable.
Pillow cases had holes in them and there was dirt in the rubbish bins on arrival.
The shower was full of dirt from previous stayers.
The views were fantastic. The room appeared modern and the beds were comfy.
Bring meds for gastro with you as there are no pharmacies near by. Learned the hard way.
Toilet shower area tiles and grout disgusting. Lounge furniture fabric wrapped and damaged over all smelly too

So hard to navigate Carpark to reception desk as floor numbers very confusing

Would not stay here just ruined my anniversary trip to Genting highlands
Had to waste 30 mins going down to the receptionist just to request a sheet for the futon. Overall this property is average. Will reconsider before booking in the future.
Well maintained and clean…
Nice view & clean
Rooms was comfortable and quiet to stay in after a long day in Genting Highland. Nice view . Very safe to park your vehcile here as the security screen your vehicle in and out of the property . without an access card, you cannot enter or exit. Good places to shop and eat around the property. travel by car to genting takes about 15 - 20 min.
Great place to stay. Nice eatery around the area. Abit challenging for Ehailing. But overall is a great place.
Great place to stay. But slightly longer to E-Hail to go up Genting highland. Overall wise was pleased with the check in and out process and the staff are friendly and helpful.
