Trải nghiệm quá tệ, 0938599781 và zalo Bee Moxy là sdt và zalo của 2 bạn book phòng cho mình đợi từ sáng đến 4h chiều mà không giao phòng, điện thoại thì không nghe máy, xong là nt cho 1 tin hủy phòng. Sau đó chặn điện thoại, không liên lạc được. Để cho 2 mẹ và 3 con lặn lội từ Cà Mau lên Hồ Chí Minh và bị đá bỏ ngang vậy. Thái độ làm việc không tôn trọng khách hàng, bom khách hàng giữa đường như thế. Lần đầu tiên trong cuộc đời gặp 1 con người dịch vụ tệ đến vậy. Hủy ngang phòng và để khách chờ dài cổ từ sáng đến 16h chiều, quá tệ hại. Tôi đề nghị ngừng hợp tác với đối tác này, không tôn trọng khách hàng, làm việc không uy tính, coi khách hàng như rác.

Pros:

Căn hộ đúng như hình, mọi thứ gọn gàng. Mình check-in khá muộn nhưng vẫn thuận lợi, nhận phòng cũng khá nhanh. Thật sự khá ưng ý với kì nghỉ ở đây.

Arranged to meet at 6pm to check in (they confirmed). No one was there, and it took 30 mins to get someone on the phone who was very slow to reply. They then told me I had to go to another building around 500m away with all my luggage, that I did not book, and did not match the photos. I then waited there another 30 mins with no one coming. At this point I was late for the dinner I was supposed to come here for. They didn't care, they were trying to charge me, but wouldn't take my credit card (!?) but had no issue charging my credit card after I cancelled due to their ineptitude. False advertising, bad service and fraudulently charged me for a room I never even used (because they didn't even come to check me in). Do yourself a favour and never use these people to book your accommodation, they waste your time, take your money and straight out lie to you.

Lúc đầu nhận phòng các bạn host support nhiệt tình. Mình làm vỡ 1 cái ly nước, mình chủ động báo và đền sòng phẳng 200k. Tuy nhiên đến khi checkout, mình có để quên đồ cũng giá trị với mình và báo lại chỉ sau 30p checkout nhưng k đc phản hồi, tận 2 ngày sau mới nói không thấy :(((.

Хозяева не знают. Где находиться их апартаменты. На контакт не идут, на сообщения в Вотсапе не отвечают. В букинге указывают неправильное место. В результате ходили по местным ямам и сломали чемодан. В номере стенка в грибке. Бытовой техники не хватает. Розеток очень мал и расположены не удобно.

Everything is decent. The washroom has very bad smell from the toilet all the time even though fan was turned on. The bed was too old that made cracking sound when turning or moving in bed. We can feel the beds coins so we couldn’t sleep well at all. They put a thin mattress cover on top of the bed that didn’t help at all and it kept falling out. (By the way, this is our second suite during our 11 nights stay. They moved us from the first one which had water leaking on floor in the washroom, air condition machine was watering on floor in the bedroom, so on and so on…..). The furniture was too old that ripped everywhere. Kitchen utensils, etc were dirty…., we didn’t use anything at all. In short, we were so disappointed with our stay here.

Scam Alert - Stay clear of this listing and this 'host'
Pros:

It's impossible to say anything about the listed apartment as we never got to see it. It is likely this listing is for someone else apartment, used to lure prospective guests in.

Cons:

Being scammed. After the initial booking my wife left some messages. There was no response or any kind of communication until a few hours before check-in. One comment on booking.com asking about check-in time and then everything else away from booking.com, from two separate WhatsApp contacts and also a WhatsApp Group (with 12 members). The WhatsApp message first asked to confirm check-in time and then, shortly before check-in, a call to say there is a last minute issue with the apartment (a leak) but that there is another, better apartment available. Meanwhile, the card used for the booking is declined, as is the replacement card.

Bait and switch. Lure guests in with what they think they are booking then, with little or no time left to make other arrangements, the host 'discovers' an 'issue' with the (fake) apartment but has the other apartment ready to go. Oh, and they don't accept cards, only cash or bank transfer - something that won't leave a traceable transaction on booking.com. The advertised apartment was for the Landmark 81 area but the replacement apartment was in Terra

The replacement apartment would be ok except that it was filthy and poorly maintained. The idea for booking an apartment is to have the use of a kitchen to prepare meals. That wasn't possible here. Nothing was clean. We wouldn't even risk using the kettle. Dirt was a common theme. Towels weren't clean and smelled - we went to a supermarket to buy our own towels. The beds were not clean - we have to cover pillows with either a towel or a t-shirt before even considering laying our heads on them.

The blinds in the bedroom were broken and didn't close properly so let the light straight in. Combined with the noisy air conditioning and the general dirt, there was little chance for any sleep.

The booking should have been for 7 days but only stayed for 1 and went elsewhere. We requested a refund but the 'host' cancelled in booking.

Die Lage war gut, ebenso der Ausblick aus dem 35. und 41. Stockwerk. Sehr kurzfristige Abwicklung war möglich, 90 Minuten von Buchung bis Check-in.

Cons:

Sehr abgewohnte und beschädigte Möblierung, Löcher im Bettzeug und im Sofa, im zweiten Apartment war die Matratze durchgelegen, in beiden Apartments war die Klimaanlage nicht regulierbar, die Temperatur hat sich nicht geändert, es waren auch nicht alle Fernbedienungen vorhanden, Schimmel in den Bädern. Wenig Geschirr und Besteck. Ich musste zwischendurch das Apartment wechseln, allerdings mit sehr langer Wartezeit. Definitiv zu teuer für die Leistungen.

Amazing location around, but please book ANOTHER APARTMENT WITH ANOTHER HOST!!!

The property absolutely not the same as presented on photos. The apartment is dirty, furniture is broken, even beds were dirty and broken. Shampoo bottles were empty. Thanks god there was any toilet paper.
