We have no parking on site. Nearby parking is available at St James Quarter car park (postcode EH1 3BP), who offer our guests a discounted daily rate of £17 for 24h. Simply collect you parking ticket on entry, but please ensure to also collect your discount ticket from reception upon departure. Alternatively on street parking is available (restrictions and pricing vary).
When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.
The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.

The noise within the hotel from the service corridors was extraordinary. Staff clattering about at 6 o’clock in the morning and talking loudly.

Great location. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious.
Wasn’t keen on the breakfast area or the bar but that is down to decor and atmosphere. The staff were lovely.
The room was well-appointed and I like the ambience and friendliness of the hotel.
I had to leave early and therefore ordered a takeaway box to be left outside my room. A member of staff knocked on my room door with a full breakfast tray! I was not impressed.
