La ubicacion y el desayuno

Cons:

El ascensor era demasoado lento. No realizaron el cambio de las toallas en toda mi estancia, no repusieron los articulos de limpieza.
Tampoco se acercaron a recoger la basura y la tuvimos que realizar nosotros mismos.

Pros:

Solo rescato la ubicacion. La habitación aceptable.

Cons:

Un desastre el estado del hotel. Totalmente en obra y eso no lo aclaraban. El posnet para pasar la tarjeta es prehistórico. Si tenias la tarjeta en el celular no tenias forma de pagar. El desayuno muy básico y a las 9hs ya no te servían ni un jugo porque clausuraban la maquina,

Not worth a $95 overnight stay
Pros:

The location was great for the purpose, breakfast was ok.

Cons:

The place was under renovation. Had to paid for parking. Room shouldn’t be habitable, TV remote didn’t work, the shower was clogged and the sink was leaking water. There were booby pins and a bra pad in the room, so no, the room was not properly clean 😐. Only stayed because I drove 5 hours for a passport appointment the next morning at 7:00am.

Almost there?
Pros:

The reviews were a little down since they initiated a renovation project that was from Dec, 2025 until May 2026, and we stayed in the 2nd half of June, and it was maybe 1/2 way done. I think it is going to be a very nice spot when done. I saw the image boards and into the windows of some of the finished rooms- cool. I just don't think you should justify $25 a day parking when there are only a few cars parking there and it is so disrupted. I really feel like I should get my money back for that. A couple other things, there is a concrete center courtyard, which is nice, except when football fans return and revel into the night. Our room was over the courtyard, which is preferable to the street i guess, but despite being recognized as a diamond member, we got an old unrenovated room, which- while not an out and out slight- the room was mostly ok- is something I would not have done. Best of luck in finishing, we might try it again, it is a good location.

Construction disruption, tiny rooms, sparse furnishings!

Booked hotel central downtown ATL to see World Cup, plus other sights, was unpleasantly surprised to find out that the entire hotel is undergoing a massive renovation, almost all rooms are being gutted, there’s construction debris and noise in all 4 floors! The rooms are tiny, probably 1000sf if generous! Bathrooms are minimal and scarce! The worse part , other than construction noise, dust dirt, is the tv cable system didn’t work! Couldn’t watch any WC matches! Moved to Connally Hotel 10 mins away, what a difference! Day and night!

I would certainly come back and stay in the Inn at the Peachtrees.
Pros:

Hotel was being refurbished, but the room and breakfast was great, the dining area was spotless. That was down to Carol the extremely friendly cleaner.

Cons:

The Inn was being refurbished so that was the only downfall but one has to make allowances for that. The staff were polite, informative and friendly, they should be congratulated.

Terrible customer service
Pros:

I had a terrible experience they stole my deposit and stopped answering the phones…..front desk agent was extremely rude and walked in on my girlfriend while she was undressed and proceeded to tell her it’s not his problem meanwhile trying to continue a conversation while she’s naked……this isn’t a safe location for women I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone in Georgia!
