We had to change rooms due to heater not working.
J'ai voulu prendre une douche, aucun eau chaude. La fille est jeune, sans expérience et ne nous regarde même pas! C'est normal de prendre une douche, avant de se coucher, lorsqu'on a conduit 6h30 de route. Sur l'étage, ça sens le pot et la musique est forte. Nous voyageons en moyenne 5-6 ×/ année. Vos partenaire ne sont pas fiable
They charged me $75 for a dirty towel
Advertise an airport shuttle, but there’s no shuttle. More expensive to actually stay here and head to airport after. Charge a deposit and refuse to give it back. There was a couple that was banging doors and fighting which just made everything feel unsafe

I did not have a stay at this property. I arrived with a written confirmation and I had even called ahead the previous day to confirm my stay. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the property was closing in two days to become a shelter and my reservation had been cancelled. I received no notification.

Breakfast and coffee was good
No airport shuttle available because they haven’t hired a driver, so instead it’s a $40 cab ride each way. Shuttle was advertised on Google, seems like a bait and switch. Find another option if your flight is cancelled.
Loud music. Dirty room
Upset that I was charged $50 after checking out a few mins past check out. Asked for a receipt and if there was any additional charges to which I was told no nor given a receipt. Couple days later I find a $50 charge on my card. They also didn’t deliver blankets nor extra towels when needed. Disappointed
I feel like a scam by what this hotel offered. There was no parking spot available but the hotel website stated that there was free parking. The hotel staff was unhelpful that he didn't even try to help me find a parking spot. He just said finding a spot from the street which was all packed. Also, I saw a car just parked in the hotel parking spot but the guy didn't walk in the hotel. Obviously the hotel staff didn't do his job to allow only guests to park there. The reception was unattended sometimes that I had to wait for 10 minutes to wait for the staff to come back. The deposit charge was not holding a charge in my credit card but charged me and then refunded me. It costed me several dollars in the foreign exchange rate. The hotel's neighborhood was not good that I didn't feel safe walking on the street. That night I got the room key and couldn't find a parking spot for 30 minutes. Then, I checked out the room immediately without going to the room. I was really disappointed with the stay in the hotel and would never choose to stay in any hotels in Wyndham group.
A desk clerk named Julia was like a ray of sunshine - my wife and I both thought so. Speaking of sunshine, or a lack of sunshine, we were not happy that our room on the "SC" floor - the basement - was like a dungeon. Very little natural light, no view of anything out the small, high windows. We should have been informed that the room would be below ground level. Even if the room was offered at a reduced rate, we might not have taken it. (And we found out later that there were many available rooms in the hotel.) We are most probably returning to the area in March with our extended family - four of our children with their spouses (and children (, or significant others. We are going to need a hotel for multiple nights, with perhaps 5 available large rooms. Your hotel is located conveniently to where we need to be - but we would hope that you could be a little more accommodating with rooms other than those in the basement.
One last observation - for two days running, in the early morning morning hours (after sun-up) there was a scarcity of both hot drink cups, as well as cold drink (water) cups. The desk staff should be able to replenish the cups, without having to wait for the morning crew to arrive.
No continental breakfast
The property is listed as a near JFK airport property with a free shuttle. When we arrive there the shuttle was not in service as they had no driver and the hotel was quite a long distance away from JFK airport. It cost us $100 for a car to get there and another $40 to get back to the airport more than the room.
Stay anywhere else. Anywhere. Also, the shuttle does not exist. This has to be the worst hotel experience of my life. Dirty, smelly, and unresponsive, avoid this place at all costs. I’m shocked such a terrible hotel is still in business.
