Good location, parking garage needs to be improved and room could be cleaner.
Pros:

The only saving grace was the general manager on dayshift and a male employee that were super nice and friendly.

Cons:

Parking garage situation needs to be improved. All phones were out in the hotel the entire trip. The sofa that converts into a bed was very uncomfortable and the staff didn’t leave any bedding, pillows or sheets for it. We had to go to the front desk since the phones were down and ask night shift staff for bedding, she questioned my family member as if we would’ve walked down there for any other reason at 11 pm if they were in the room. The king bedding had questionable yellow stains on the comforter and fitted sheet and the pillows had to be 20 years old they were so flat.

Great base for exploring Atlanta
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Perfect base for the World Cup. They even provided complimentary drinks for fans prior to the game. Nice location in Midtown.

Great location for Fox Theater
Pros:

Walking distance to Fox Theater, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Big King room with nice little kitchenette.
Staff were very friendly

Cons:

Road traffic noise at night and the air conditioning fan was real loud.

Home2 Suites Midtown ATL
Pros:

Booked this room primarily for it's location. Couldn't have chosen better. The train (MARTA) was located next to the hotel. This was important as we were coming from ATL Hartsfield airport.

Cons:

An earlier check-in time would have been nice.
