Pros:

Place was a nice place until we so a big Cockroaches in our room and hallways

Cons:

I can't believe we pay for a nice hotel and we got in our room on the 18th floor. We found Cockroaches. I couldn't sleep thinking about the nasty cockroaches.

I'm so sorry... This is a beautiful hotel, but you guys need to control the Cockroaches.

la habitacion muy confortable , la ubicacion excelente con muchos restaurantes cafes cercanos

Cons:

el desayuno era MUY malo , y los precios del unico bar restaurante muy caro piscina a 6 cuadras !!!!!!

Cons:

$75 a night to park!!. No rooftop pool !! No shuttle to any other pool. No A/C in their gym. No customer service. Was told I could bug my own fan and plug it in in the gym with no A/C.. $10 bill missing from desktop after house keeping services. Just a really bad Hilton.
