The hotel was very clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and kind. The hotel is also very pretty aesthetically. I enjoyed my server, Hanna, she was exceptional! Every morning she made me smile and her service was impeccable.
Santresia and Damon are two of the most respected Hilton employees I have ever encountered. From the moment I walked through the door, they greeted me warmly and demonstrated a level of professionalism and hospitality that made me feel as though I was staying at a five-star resort.
Because of Mrs. Santresia’s outstanding service, this is now my second consecutive weekend staying here. In fact, I chose to return here rather than stay at the Ritz-Carlton, where some of my colleagues decided to book.
Moving forward, this will always be my preferred hotel whenever I travel to Atlanta. The exceptional hospitality and the professionalism displayed by your team truly set this property apart.

Absolutely great stay at the starling! Location was perfect with lots of restaurants, etc. within walking distance. Latrell and Aaron were both very helpful and we appreciated their great attitude!
Three weeks ago I stayed here with my work group for an event. The coffee we had during the event was a little watered down, so while walking around we noticed the coffee bar at Lantana and decided to try it.
That’s when we met Miri (a name that’s a little hard to remember haha), but her personality was impossible to forget. She was so kind, explained the menu, and helped me choose the perfect coffee.
I stayed at the hotel for a week and went back every morning. What impressed me the most was that she remembered exactly how I liked my coffee every day. She made me feel like a valued guest.
Great coffee and even better service. Honestly, I’d come back just to see her again!

Our stay at the Starling Hotel Hilton Atlanta was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
When we checked in, the receptionist spoke very quickly and unclearly, giving rushed and mumbled directions and instructions. It felt dismissive and not very welcoming after a long journey.
Location was good as we were travelling through from Nashville to Savannah and stopped here for 1 night.
Unfortunately, the room itself was not much better. The cleanliness was okay. But the rest of the room was not up to scratch. The curtains were broken and would not close properly because the runners were damaged. Even worse, the hotel ice machine was located directly against the wall of our room. Every few minutes throughout the night we could hear the loud motor running and people filling their ice buckets, as well as the machine replenishing the ice. It made getting any sleep nearly impossible — easily the worst night’s sleep we’ve had in a hotel.
Room service was another huge disappointment. The food quality was shockingly poor for a hotel of this level and price. It arrived in plastic takeaway containers inside a brown paper bag, which felt more like cheap takeaway than hotel dining. The food had clearly been microwaved — everything was extremely dry. My Caesar salad came with just four tiny pieces of chicken, and the salmon main was hideously overcooked and dry. The rice was so overcooked it had become hard and crunchy.
The food was so poor that we immediately called the kitchen to complain and told them we were rejecting the meal. We didn’t eat a single bite. We left the food outside our room and went to bed hungry, and we expect a full refund for that order.
To add insult to injury, when we checked out there were additional taxes added to the bill, including tax on the room service — even though the bill we signed at our door already had a service charge added on top of the cost of the food. The final amount was a real shock.
Overall, this was a very poor experience and not what we expected from a Hilton property. We would not stay here again.
the overall breakfast experience i rate 7/10. I liked the tables, decor and overall presentation. I did love the food court I got Teriyaki chicken and rice!! The building was beautiful and the valet was great!!!

This was my third time staying at The Starking – Curio Collection by Hilton, and each visit has been a great experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an incredible staff that made us feel welcome right away. The atmosphere has the perfect mix of class, comfort, and character.
The breakfast menu had an awesome variety of food to choose from, which made the morning even better. I also want to give a special shoutout to Nicole, our server at the restaurant. She was so sweet, very attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her service really stood out.
Overall, another beautiful stay with great hospitality. Definitely a place I would recommend and look forward to visiting again.
I stay here a couple times a year, and absolutely love it. The staff are all very friendly and the rooms are so comfortable. Specifically, Nicole waited on us for breakfast one morning, and was so funny and attentive. Can’t wait to see her and the rest of the team through the rest of my stay!
I stayed here for the first time for a solo birthday staycation. I loved every single aspect of my stay. Clean, spacious, welcoming staff, safe environment, nice entertainment, and close proximity to everything I had planned. I will definitely be back soon.
My Family had a great time at your hotel. Everyone was very pleasant and went above and beyond to accommodate us. One person I would like to highlight is Venice the front desk associate very nice and accommodating.
