For how much I spent, I was not satisfied with how the staff handled my room situation. I made sure to call and confirm
Pros:

Tropical leaves paint in Lobby, decor, and a server over our breakfast visits were probably the best thing about that place. Her name is Hannah! She’s wonderful.

Cons:

Parking.

Enjoyed My stay.
Pros:

Room size, cleanliness, location were all great.

Cons:

Had a bad experience with one of the staff at the bar, had a friend come join me for a drink and she also had a bad experience with the same staff on a separate occasion. Food was a bit over priced for the portions.

Great hotel, tainted by the pool being closed and not being informed in advance
Pros:

Nice and clean, good midtown location. Staff generally brilliant too

Cons:

Pool and rooftop bar closed during our stay - we were informed it was closed for the duration of the soccer world cup, but not told in advance. One big reason we chose the hotel was to enjoy the pool during the hot days.

Cons:

Price for the room. Pool was closed.Price for the valet parking 75$. Air condition was making some noises and it was disturbing.

Loved the Starling. Interesting and beautiful facility close to activities.
Pros:

Loved the location, comfort and bar. Very friendly and accommodating staff in bar during morning. Fun to be able to access the food cour from hotel.

Cons:

Pool not available. I’m a swimmer so was going to use frequently. However the fact I could use the pool a couple blocks away was helpful.

Excellent location, comfortable stay
Pros:

Really lovely hotel, loved the decor in the lobby. Friendly staff too!
What I really liked though was the easy access to the food vendors at Politan Row - simply exit through a door on the 2nd floor of the hotel and voila! All meals sorted. I also loved that the hotel is so close to places like Piedmont Park and the High museum (although don't go there when they have free entry every 2nd Sunday unless you want to wait in line for hours). Bed was comfortable, everything was clean, so overall had a great stay!
