I loved the location. Dining spots and entertainment is all around in walking distance.
Music in bar area was a little loud. Staff was great but hard on the ears to have conversations.

No microwave in room
Staff was incredibly pleasant and supportive of requests. Hotel location was central to our experience. Enjoyed Colony Square dining options so close by.
User experience was not optimal: 1) Elevator buttons were not explained at check-in. And the automated digital key did not work. 2) We had to notify them of a broken pipe coming from room 1203 that flooded the hall, and later the carpet smelled of sewer, but after 3 days was fine. 3) Tub did not have a mat to prevent slipping. 4) Cleaning the first time failed to replace missing toilet paper and had to ask front desk to bring some. 5) Included breakfast was great, BUT you had to ask for them to toast bread, resulting in cold eggs by the time it was completed.

Our room had some sort of mechanical issue in the. Bathroom and throughout our stay went off loudly including through the night!! It also took over TWO hours to get water bottles delivered to our room.
