Nice place, on the fence about returning if I cannot get resolution to the questionable charge.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, well maintained, and spacious. The rooftop bar/restaurant is excellent, staff was friendly, drinks were great.

Cons:

I had told the front desk that one of the minibar items had been consumed prior to us staying in the room as soon as we checked in. They assured me that they would note this and I would not be charged. When I arrived home a charge was added to my card that I can only assume was the beverage in question. Tried calling them to confirm, and there is no answer at the hotel.

I loved the hotel, room and location.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that they charged me for using the mini bar when in fact I came there with my own liquor.

We had a great time and it’s a very cute and funky hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is very lovely. Our room was spacious. We are not from Baltimore so we don’t know the area that well. It seemed Okay. We appreciated that at night time you had a security guard with a full uniform and gun on the inside that he seemed like really ready to guard the place and it makes us feel secure that you can’t get on the elevator without the key card things like that we like very much. We thought your staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a great hotel. We would recommend it.

Cons:

The air-conditioning in our room was very inconsistent and did not work well. We called the front desk and ask for a fan, but no one ever brought us one or got back to us. The only other thing I would say is that the cleanliness of the hotel could be better. For example, when you go to press the elevator button, it’s all dirty. When we went to our room, a half a bottle of wine was left open where the beverages were.

Only downside: bathroom door didn’t shut all the way (knob wasn’t working).

the location was amazing and it was surprisingly quiet in the neighborhood

Cons:

probably specific to the room, but the way the wood paneling was attached to the walls caused a slight rattle when the air conditioning was running which was slightly annoying
