Pleasant hotel that is conveniently located

Pros:

飯店人員很客氣友善。住宿地點在華盛頓紀念碑旁邊，相比觀光熱區這裡挺幽靜，公車也很方便，是個舒適的區域。

Cons:

房間設施看似很有風格，但許多都損壞也沒修，咖啡桌的兩個座椅椅面都掉下來；床上的風格燈具一支鬆動下垂都快掉到枕頭上。這樣一晚住宿要價近300美金，令人不舒服。

Great hotel in a great neighborhood
Pros:

Revival was cool! The design and look of both the lobby and the room was fresh and interesting, and the room was clean and really inviting. The staff were great.

It was nice not staying directly in the Inner Harbor. We could walk down there when we wanted, as well as check out the immediate neighborhood.

Parking was a bit of a puzzle, so we ended up just using the valet.

Highly, highly recommend the Land of Kush for vegetarian soul food. I’d drive back up there just for them.

The hotel was beautiful along with the location. The front desk stay was friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

I booked the hotel well in advance because I wanted to try the restaurant for Father's day. Weeks later they cancelled the reservation due to a private event. I ultimately booked another restaurant and tried to cancel the reservation at this hotel. Booking said they sent the request, the Hotel claimed they never got it. I called the hotel 3 times and spoke to multiple people. I spent a significant amount of time talking to booking who told me the hotel needed to accept the request. The hotel kept denying that they got the request so ultimately we were forced to go.

The room was terribly hot. It was June, the temperature alternated between 77 and 78 in the room despite being set to 69. It was 1 am, neither of us were going to pack all of our stuff to move to another room just for a couple hours since we booked on my 1 night. I don't even know if we wouldve gotten one because it was also Pride weekend parade and everything was booked. We suffered through it and checked out the minute it was daylight.

Broken AC
Cons:

The AC was broken, it was 83 degrees in the room. The staff was very cavalier about it. I will never come back to this hotel.

Excellent rooms and helpful staff in a lovely historic neighborhood
Pros:

Very happy to have found Hotel Revival for our quick stay in Baltimore! We had a great visit, and appreciated how comfortable and clean our room was. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well - when we mentioned we couldn't find any bar soap in the bathroom, they had someone bring up two soaps faster than we could return to the room!

We wanted to see the view from Topside but had already had dinner, so we just went up for tea and dessert. Definitely worth it!

The surrounding neighborhood was beautiful and walkable - the George Peabody Library is incredible, and would highly recommend Ceremony Coffee Roasters down the street!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent. Great location, close to all we needed.

Cons:

The breakfast restaurant was expensive for the quality of the food. Also, plan on an extra 50$ per day for valet parking.

It was a very pleasant stay.
Pros:

We had an issue with our air conditioner, but the staff was fantastic and they had us moved to a new room within a half an hour. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful.

The hotel was very eclectic.

Great hotel in a wonderful location in Baltimore.
Pros:

Wonderful hotel in a great location. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had a splendid view. The rooftop bar & restaurant are an extra plus. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be back for sure.
