Location and in general the atmosphere of the hotel. Onsite Cafe offering pretty good breakfast options.
Bed and pillows not so comfortable. Missing essentials like iron, there was handheld steam iron which was a pain.
Comfortable, spacious room, welcoming and accommodating staff. Lovely historic neighborhood. Easy walk to convention center.
No complaints
The room was clean and spacious and it was in a great location. We enjoyed the breakfast cafe downstairs as well as the ease of walking everywhere we wanted to go. There's a wonderful free museum on the next block.
There was a miscommunication/misunderstanding with the cost of the room. Luckily, after a few calls, it was sorted out and we were refunded. Otherwise, no issues with our stay. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
The Hotel was such a nice vibe and relaxing, definitely a different type of vibe.
The bathroom sink/ toilet had a smell to it, May be the septic smell
Great location, all the amenities were amazing. the hotel are beautifully designed!
For a three-day convention in Baltimore, I was looking for a place to stay in a real neighborhood, removed from the dreary Convention Center environs. This gracious historic hotel in the heart of Mt. Vernon far exceeded my expectations! The room was so spacious and comfortable, with amenities including a full desk. I looked out on the elegant Mt. Vernon Park and the grand George Washington monument. I could imaging moving in, or at least treat myself to a mini writing retreat there. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, and the neighborhood is historically and culturally rich. I wish I'd had more time to explore. Highly recommend.
This is a lovely hotel in a great location! Really close to downtown Baltimore and easily accessible using the free charm city circulator bus! The neighborhood is a quaint nice place right opposite the first Washington Monument, which is an easy walk! The Art Museum is also about 5 mins away and the first Basilica in the US is close too! It’s a great location!
The room we had was very large and spacious with great amenities and the decor was nice! The hotel is very aesthetically pleasing with lovely accents and decors throughout! We had an amazing view and it was just an all round great hotel room!
Overall a lovely hotel with a great location! The staff were friendly enough! The rooftop restaurant Topside had good food and amazing views!
the towels in the room were unacceptable! They were threadbare with holes (see photos), I can’t believe a hotel charging as much as they are had towels this old and worn out! Come on Revival team, do better!! To have finished towels like that being placed in paying customers rooms should be embarrassing for you, not something you do with no shame!
Also the wooden bed corners are very sharp, if walking to the bathroom in the dark be careful otherwise you’ll knock your foot (see photos).
Staff was great - went out of their way to help me with some unique travel needs and ensuring my billing was correct. View from the room was beautiful, water pressure in the shower was great and bed was comfy.
The towels in the room were covered in someone else's hair and the floor did not look like it had been vacuumed. :( Staff helped me get new towels but it made for an unpleasant start to the night.
