Broken AC
Cons:

The AC was broken, it was 83 degrees in the room. The staff was very cavalier about it. I will never come back to this hotel.

Cons:

It was really out of the staff control. The pipes were down, so we weren't able to enjoy the Cafe.

Excellent rooms and helpful staff in a lovely historic neighborhood
Pros:

Very happy to have found Hotel Revival for our quick stay in Baltimore! We had a great visit, and appreciated how comfortable and clean our room was. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well - when we mentioned we couldn't find any bar soap in the bathroom, they had someone bring up two soaps faster than we could return to the room!

We wanted to see the view from Topside but had already had dinner, so we just went up for tea and dessert. Definitely worth it!

The surrounding neighborhood was beautiful and walkable - the George Peabody Library is incredible, and would highly recommend Ceremony Coffee Roasters down the street!

Pros:

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent. Great location, close to all we needed.

Cons:

The breakfast restaurant was expensive for the quality of the food. Also, plan on an extra 50$ per day for valet parking.

It was a very pleasant stay.
Pros:

We had an issue with our air conditioner, but the staff was fantastic and they had us moved to a new room within a half an hour. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

The hotel was very eclectic.

Very clean, nice staff especially Chris, very helpful, almost always available. He helped us with our luggage, and helped us extend our stay, he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant 🌷

Great hotel in a wonderful location in Baltimore.
Pros:

Wonderful hotel in a great location. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had a splendid view. The rooftop bar & restaurant are an extra plus. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be back for sure.

All was just perfect.

Un bel hôtel dans le plus beau quartier de Baltimore
Pros:

A l'opposé de toutes les chaînes hôtelières, le Revival a du caractère. La chambre est meublée avec beaucoup de personnalité, les éclairages soignés. Un détail que les amateurs de thé apprécieront : une bouilloire digne de ce nom, avec réglage de la température de l'eau

Le personnel à la réception, aimable, mais en nombre insuffisant

My shelf and some decorations in the room is sickening,one of the worst I have ever stayed.
Pros:

The location is close to the central, approximately 15mins walk, as a slow walker.

Cons:

The hotel colour made me sick and the price is too high for the quality, the staff at the restaurant were not so kind, they keep giving me a cold coffee and no charging points for phones, just an outdated box on one side, no USB ports, you will be forced to buy their charger for 15 dollars.
