• L'espace et le confort de la chambre
• La douche était spacieuse
• Plutôt bien situé
• Lit très confortable

Große, teure Enttäuschung
Cons:

Die Hotelrezeption wurde abgeschafft, die Gäste werden gezwungen sich selbst einzudecken. Mit viel Mühe findet man abgelegen ein kleines Büro, dort bekommt man keine Hilfe. Im Zimmer kein Hinweis auf WLAN Passwort, kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Die Nachttische haben nur Fake-Schubladen. In der Dusche keine Ablage für persönliches Duschgel. Im Frühstücksraum ist nicht gedeckt, man soll sogar selber abräumen. Es gibt keine Spiegeleier, keine Möglichkeit Omelett zu bestellen, keine frischen Säfte,...
Für so viel Geld muß man einfach enttäuscht sein. Nie wieder...!

Great stay!
Pros:

Everything was good. They rooms are good, the facilities and for the price its good value. Especially nice that there was a sauna!!

Cons:

I didnt like the room condition. it was a bit worn out and there was ants everywhere when we checked in. Also the bed was not made for one person so we had to make it ourself.

Overall I’m not sure if I would stay here again
Pros:

The location was good for us as it was close to where our son lives.

Cons:

The room was very dark - there were not enough lamps in the room. The bathroom is very slick for older people - we had to specifically ask for a shower nonslip mat . The breakfast is very good but expensive.

Lack of personalized service and availability of staff (you always need to wait and/or to search for the staff), outdated TV service (no access to Youtube or Netflix, only Germna Channels so the TV is pretty much useless for non-German speaker).
