Die Klimaanlage hat komisch funktioniert. Manchmal hat sie kühler gemacht, andere Male ist die Temperatur eher rauf gegangen. Im Badezimmer war zu wenig Licht.

Leider waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt nicht zufrieden.

Die Matratzen im Doppelbett bestanden pro Seite aus jeweils zwei dünnen übereinander gelegten Matratzen. Diese sind ständig verrutscht – sowohl nachts beim Aufstehen als auch schon, wenn man sich einfach nur aufs Bett gesetzt hat (komplett seitlich aus dem Bett gerutscht). Dadurch war das Schlafen leider sehr unangenehm.

Auch der Reinigungsservice war enttäuschend. An einem Tag wurde unser Zimmer überhaupt nicht gereinigt. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption gab es weder eine Entschuldigung noch irgendein Entgegenkommen, sondern lediglich die Aussage „ist halt so“. Da das Housekeeping erst später geschickt werden sollte, mussten wir mit einer neuen Toilettenpapierrolle selbst durchs Hotel laufen.

Bereits am Tag davor wurden zwar die Betten gemacht und die Handtücher gewechselt, jedoch wurden weder Kosmetiktücher noch Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt.

Insgesamt leider kein Service, den wir von diesem Hotel erwarten würden.
