Pros:

Großes Zimmer

Cons:

Check in nur am Terminal, nicht befriedigend, keine Rezeption, keine Möglichkeit im Bad Handtücher oder etwas anderes aufzuhängen, während des gesamten Aufenthalts Störung des Fernsehempfangs kein TV möglich. Nur eine Bettdecke für das Doppelzimmer

Perfekte Unterkunft
Pros:

Super Service, (auch eine Mail wurde einfach mal zur Unterstützung ausgedruckt), super Lage (Erreichbarkeit über ÖPNV) und komfortable Lobby mit Sitzgelegenheiten für kurze Besprechungen.

Keine reception, viel zu laute Musik in der Bar, keine deutschen Fernsehprogramme, viel zu lange Wege zum Frühstück, sehr umständliche aufzugsmöglichkeit in die oberen Etagen, viel zu lange Gänge zum Gehen.!

Außergewöhnlich, aber leider nicht sauber
Pros:

Hervorragende, zentrale Lage, außergewöhnliches Hotel

Cons:

Ein reiner Automaten-Check in/out ohne Personal in einem Vier-Sterne-Hotel passt für mich nicht. Leider war mein Zimmer nicht sehr sauber, auch die Fenster wurden seit langem nicht geputzt. Der Vorrhang hing in Teilen auf dem Boden.

Pros:

The room was nice and clean. Good amount of space in both the bedroom and bathroom. Check in and check out is all done on tablets, we found it quite simple, but I saw other people struggling with it.

Cons:

The wifi didn't work for us at all on the fifth floor, and while the hotel was genuinely clean, there was a sewery smell at times

Wer sich gerne ärgern will ist hier richtig!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsmässig etwas abgelegen (Bahnhof Nollendorfplatz ca. 2 km entfernt). Aber Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Frühstück in Ordnung.

Cons:

Der Checkin war bereits eine Katastrophe. Die Terminals standen in der Nähe des Eingangs. Eine Rezeption gibt es also auf dem ersten Blick nicht. Als alles nicht klappte, musste dann ein Mitarbeiter helfen. Als endlich die Zimmerkarten ausgestellt waren, funktionierten diese nicht im Aufzug. War der falsche - sehr schlecht gekennzeichnet. Nie wieder dieses Hotel!

Cons:

Zu einer "sau"-teuren "Teufel"-Soundanlage mit Subwoofer wären auch ein paar Musiksender im TV ganz nett gewesen.

Pros:

A large hotel in what used to be West Berlin, good transport links and also within walking distance from the main shopping street as well as from Tiergarten. We got upgraded and had lovely large room, comfortable bed and lots of space. There is a gym and sauna at the hotel which we used. Cannot comment on breakfast as we chose to have it in nearby cafes, of which there are plenty!

Cons:

Nothing was a problem. Others mentioned that checkin is unattended, our experience was that whilst you have to do it yourself, there was somebody nearby to help if you got stuck.
