Tolle Zimmer, nettes Personal, super leckeres Frühstück, sehr sauber und d alles da was man braucht.
Nichts
Sehr gutes Frühstück; 2. Person kostete nur zusätzliches Frühstück;
Great spacious hotel and very friendly staff
Monique was exceptional and super helpful, sh gave us great recommendations and just great general conversation. She’s a star.
izvrstan doručak, no teško je pronaći mjesto u restoranu poslije 9 ujutro.
Easy self check-in/out, convenient small snack shop in the lobby, big breakfast area with a lot of choices. Parking for 25 eur per day (24 hours) right next to the hotel. Less than 10 minute walk to the nearest U-Bahn station.
WiFi was terrible, I had signal only at one specific place in the room. Soundproofing could be better - in the evening I heard noises from the neighbouring room.
The hotel was lovely, filled with activities like foosball and ping pong. There were plenty of seating areas around, perfect to work, chill or read. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The Lütz cafe on site had delicious food and good coffee.
I did not wish to share my concerns about this hotel on a public forum because I was very lucky to be given a preferential rate, however my 'feedback' sent directly to the hotel, has gone un-acknowledged and this is possibly the only way that management will take note. For location and general amenity, I would give a 5 satisfaction rating for it's catagory, however the following problms reduce my satisfaction to a 3 rating - I have compromised to a 4.
Our room was well appointed and maintained except for a really very bad smell of stale tobacco - we had to keep the window open to make it bearable. Check-in is automated and there is no obvious reception (the following day we discovered a guest care office, hidden away from the main lobby), so we couldn't request a room change. We have since discovered that all our clothes are deeply tainted with the smoke and so jackets, coats and trousers will have to be dry cleaned - the bargain room rate is now quite expensive. The room must be deep cleaned before allocating to new guests.
The public spaces are lively and well staffed - bars and cafe food reasonably priced and very good quality. A well stocked honesty 'mini shop' in the hotel lobby, is an excellent idea. Breakfast, in the bright cheery salons, is varied and plentiful - the multiple buffet stations mean a very rapid service for those on a tight schedule. Sadly, on our first morning, we were still eating breakfast at 10:20 (they stop serving at 10:00 on weekdays) and an extremely rude server ordered us out of the room. I explained I was still eating and she demanded I either leave within 5 min or take my food to my room. I am disabled and walk with sticks so this is not an option - I felt humiliated and upset. Breakfast for the next three days was eaten in fear that I would be bullied again. If a 23Euro breakfast is served until 10:00, guests must be allowed at least 30min to eat their food in peace.
