We were almost afraid to touch anything, not only because the room wasn’t particularly clean, but also because it felt like everything came with an extra charge: water, premium Wi-Fi, parking… It’s ridiculous. I could understand expensive parking if the hotel were right in the middle of a busy city center, but this hotel is basically in the suburbs. The supermarket literally next door has more generous parking conditions.
On top of that, our room was located right next to a staff room. Starting early in the morning, we could hear their conversations extremely clearly. I have absolutely no complaints about the staff talking and doing their job, the problem is that I don’t understand why this particular room is being sold to guests when it clearly isn’t properly soundproofed. I even recorded a video from our bed where you can hear just how thin the walls are.
With all that being said, this was one of those cases where it felt like a well-known hotel name cared less about the guest experience than many smaller, unknown hotels we’ve stayed at.
Location
We had to change rooms twice as we found a mice.
Excellent location (within walking distance of Walmart, CVS, and other shops), plenty of free parking, polite staff, and a spacious, very quiet room with a seating area. The only issue was weak water pressure in the shower and a constantly running toilet (we reported it and I'm sure it will be fixed for the next guest).
The location worked well for us.
It was not clean and there were problems with the plumbing in our room. When I complained about it, no attempt was made to make it better.
Perks were friendly staff, and hotel was beside a Starbucks and Whole Foods. Also across from a walking path.
Downside was I had blood on my sheets and brown stains on my towels which if you look through reviews happens more than you would believe. Parking is $25 a night and no reason for it, they aren’t limited parking by any stretch. TV has 12 channels. Price did not match experience/location/value. Wouldn’t recommend

I like that the room had a comfortable bed, tv and A/C. The room had a good enough space and area to eat food.
I did not like the bathroom counter was dirty and saw a piece of hair also dust. The toilet paper was low and the cleaner didn’t replace a new one. The tissues were touched and put back. The toilet was clogged and the staff didn’t help get it fix.
The location was good for us, near family and close to Whole Foods and other food spots we used. Very dog friendly which was great as we like to travel with our large Bernadoodle.
I didn’t realize there was a charge for pets and it was a pricey stay with parking charges too. Also , no one cleaned our room even thought we stated the dog was not in the room.
Property was the similar to others but Toilet holder was broken when we went to the room . My son went to the gym, the machine made a noise , then the night staff shouted at my son who is a customer in the hotel. There is other way to talk to my son . I am an honor member of the Hilton but the staff charged me $25 per night for a parking, while not many cars were parked, and I paid $270 while the night rate was $170.

It was clean. People at the desk were very nice. Bed was comfortable. Needed a little cosmetics. Lots of stores close by.
Property was fine. But, hard to find. Had to pay for parking, while there was a lot of parking. Plus very expensive, compared to a hotel we stayed at in Lexington.
The bathroom was nice, the bed was comfortable and the staff were very courteous and friendly. Apart from that I'm struggling to think of anything else.
First of all the location. The Hotel states this. 'A complimentary shuttle is offered to local attractions within a 2 mi radius of the hotel and includes Cambridge Business Park and Harvard Square stops'. That's not the case at all, they stopped operating the shuttle a few months back. It's a bit of a hike to Alewife T station. I was led to believe that it was a few minutes but it's little under 0.5 mile and it's uphill in both directions because you have to go over a railway flyover. This really put a dampener on my trip.
Secondly the room had no 24 hour TV stations. No CNN, Fox, etc, whatever your flavor of news is they didn't have it. First time I've ever stayed in a hotel that didn't offer at least one 24 hour news channel.
