Acceptable location
Dirty hotel. Throw-up on the floor in the halls, dirty floors, dirty rooms (corners). No laundry or dryer in the hotel, they don’t allow customers to use theirs. Laundry is only off-site and they give you tiny bags to pack your stuff and then they never call the laundry to pick up and deliver clean clothes back. I left my bags of clothes at the reception with the receptionist, and the bags were left there for a day and a half, nobody cared to do anything or inform me that nothing would be done. Staff at the reception and the bar/breakfast are negative, rude, and not helpful.
I enjoy the Freepoint very much! They are in my top two favorite
hotels. I enjoy the location and always have a relaxing and comfortable
stay with them.
There isn't anything I disliked because they are in my top two
favorites. My only problem was being priced out because of
the busy season. I look forward to my next stay. Hopefully in
the next month.

The rooms were vast and good for two people. The staff - be it the cleaning staff or the welcoming staff at the reception - were amazingly nice. The hotel was close to supermarkets.
During our second night, my friend saw a mouse in the room close to midnight. We went down to the reception and their response was "it happens and they are doing their best." We were in distress and tired and they told us to move to another room in less than 10 minutes. When we talked to the reception again about this, the only thing they told us that we should have been given more time. They did not offer us anything.
Absolutely terrible. This was the first time I have ever booked a Hilton-branded hotel where I checked in and, within minutes of entering the room, decided to check out and request a refund.
The hotel was simply filthy. While it may have the furniture, amenities, and overall appearance shown on the website, the cleanliness was extremely disappointing. The carpets throughout the hotel were visibly dirty, and the lobby itself immediately gave us the impression that the property was not well maintained.
Because it was late, we initially thought the room couldn’t possibly be that bad—it’s a Hilton, after all. Unfortunately, we were wrong. As soon as we entered the room, we opened the windows and turned on the AC, but within about 10 minutes, my husband, who suffers from sarcoidosis, experienced a flare-up while sitting in the room. The stench of the room was horrible. The beds were clean, and the shower/toilet and sink were clean, but everything else was obviously dusty and musty. Anyone with terrible allergies or sensitivities would not last the night in the room.
Thankfully, the front desk staff were very kind and understanding and did not give us any trouble when we explained the situation and requested to leave. However, I was genuinely shocked by the condition of this hotel and how poorly maintained and unclean it was. This was not at all the experience I expected from a Hilton property, and I would not stay here again.

At the beginning, there was a problem with the lock from the interior for security. They responded quickly and I changed rooms.
I want to give a shout out especially to Arlee. I enjoy talking with her.
Location
Room had a makeshift pipe and drape closet instead of a real one, very small bathroom,TV turned off every 5 min, toilet ran, no decaf coffee in room or at breakfast and staff rude when requested, unemptied trash in all cans, carpet in common areas filthy, last day all milk and creams were spoiled at breakfast station. This place needs serious attention. Most staff very rude and not understanding of hospitality industry.
