Schönes Hotel – leider Überbuchung und respektloser Umgang durch einzelne Mitarbeiter

Sehr komfortables Hotel mit hervorragenden Betten, ausgezeichnetem Essen und überwiegend ausgesprochen freundlichen und professionellen Mitarbeitern.

Cons:

Trotz monatelanger Vorausbuchung wurde ich bei meiner Anreise mit einer Überbuchung konfrontiert; besonders enttäuschend war jedoch das respektlose, belehrende und äußerst kundenunfreundliche Verhalten einer Rezeptionsmitarbeiterin, das dem hohen Standard dieses Hotels in keiner Weise gerecht wird.

Fijne plek om Mechelen te bezoeken
Pros:

Lekker dicht bij het centrum, parkeerplaats Keerdok op nog geen 5 minuutjes lopen , mooi gebouw , fijne kamer en een heerlijk ontbijt

Pros:

Ontbijt was top!! Alles was er van zoet tot zout tot fruit tot koffie tot gebak.... fantastisch!!!
Kamer super de luxe!! Heel goed bed en aangename temperatuur.
Heel tevreden.

Cons:

Bepaalde onaangename reuken in de lift.

Hotel is zeer goed.
Pros:

De kamer was heerlijk en je bent op wandel afstand van de stad.

Cons:

Ontbijt , wel groot ontbijt. Maar er wordt verneveld boven het vlees en kaas en dat ziet er niet smakelijk uit.

Goed ontbijt, rustige comfortabele en schone kamers. Je kunt er ook uitstekend dineren. Parkeren kan vlakbij in de grote Keerdok garage. Handig om vooraf de parkeergarage te boeken met de Indigo Neo App met kentekenherkenning, ca. €12,50 / dag
